Parking Information: For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
Colorado Traction Law: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.
Important Winter Advisory: Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. Good stay, comfortable beds (important for a ski trip). Laundry was not great - the laundry room in our unit was apparently out of order and I ended up struggling to dry a soaking wet load in another building. Not something the listing manager controls per se but would be nice to know on check in. Buses are good - transit app a little weird (again not something the listing manager controls). Would start again.

The location was supreme. There is a free shuttle bus stop for the ski areas less than 50 yards from the unit.Beds were comfortable. The unit has been remodeled, but not recently. It is still in good shape though.Future guests should be aware the community hot tub closes at 9:00 PM.

We spent a month in Breckenridge (mid January thru mid February). This condo was a “homey” place to stay. A 15 minute walk to town and having the bus stop just outside the complex was so convenient! The property management company responded quickly to a few minor maintenance issues. BUT BEWARE!!! The listing says “shared on-site laundry facilities” however the ones in the B building complex are awful! The light in the hallway did not work and the doorknob was missing to the laundry room. One washer worked fine. The second washer did not spin so our clothes were soaking wet. One dryer took money and would not turn on and then would not return our money. The other dryer turned on but the clothes never dried. (We assumed it did not tumble). We had to find places in the condo to hang all of our clothes to dry. The least that could be done was to post an “out of order “ sign. I called the property management company and they said it was the HOA’s responsibility and they would contact the HOA. If the listing for the condo says there are laundry facilities then the facilities should be in good working order no matter whose responsibility it is to fix them.

The place was nice, clean and well equipped. It took us about 5-7 min by car to get to the slopes. Very convenient but one should be aware that Slope site parking is 45, alternative option is a free bus.

Great property overall. The only downside was the lack of a washer and dryer in the condo. That one’s on me—the listing does show photos of an on-site laundromat, but I initially understood it to be in-unit until I looked again.The beds were very comfortable, and the blankets and pillows were spot on—I honestly should have checked the brand.This was the first Vrbo stay where we weren’t able to check in early and had to wait until the 4:00 pm check-in time. In past stays, early check-in had always been allowed. However each rental is different and it’s understandable. The owner (or property manager) was responsive and answered my questions promptly.

condo was clean but old, owner replied quickly to questions, the biggest complaint is we didn't get the key to the laundry room or the scan card to the pool until the afternoon of the day before we left. That was very disappointing. Condo was within walking distance of Breckinridge which was a plus

Great location. Clean. Quiet. Well supplied kitchen. Fan, space heaters, humidifier, extra blankets were a nice extra touch. Only negative: in-building laundry room was dingy and washing machines didn’t work.

Close to ice rink and bus stop
We were out in Breckenridge for a hockey skills camp. This location was perfect, where it allowed us to hike each day to the ice rink using a trail right next to the condo. When we wanted to go into town the bus stop was less than 100 ft away from the front door.

Great location and lots of space for all
It's a great location and key to have 3 separate beds and 2 bathrooms-right on the bus line for easy access to the slopes. The walls are pretty thin and we could hear people partying below us and in the parking lot but overall a great stay

Breckenridge condo
We loved the accommodations. Only request is 2 more chairs for the balcony. We had visitors and not enough chairs. The washers and dryers were unacceptable so we had to drive to the laundromat downtown. The washers were very stinky! We stayed for a month and it was very nice.

Pool club house is closed
Pool was drained. Kids were very disappointed about that. Condo was in great condition. Bus stop was a 30 second walk and then 10 min ride to beaver run. Town was easy to walk.

Great location
Everything was great except not having access to the spa area (the pool and hot tub were emptied) . I would have chose a different place if I knew there wasn’t a hot tub as that was an important amenity for us.

Ski Trip
This was a great property to stay at.
The property was clean & well maintained. When we had an issue with the parking pass. SkyRun was very diligent in solving our issue. The bus stop is near the property & you can walk into town if you desire. The only issue was how dry the air was in the property, we made sure to boil water to get some humidity back into the air. Overall, it was a great stay.
