The house worked out great for our group 8 adults and 3 kids. The little path leading from the house to town was a hit with the little ones. The house is pretty well equipped and the location is hard to beat.

Great House

House is in a great location and is very beautiful. Some of the beds could have been a bit more comfortable but overall it was a great experience.

Incredible Property

We had 7 adults and the house had more than enough room. Everything was amazing - the views, the kitchen, the hot tub, super close to town - we had everything we needed and wanted! The property management company made check-in a breeze. I recommend this rental 100%!

Four Generations- One Week-Five Stars!

We had a great time. The weather was cool, and we had a rainy week (which was lovely compared to the brutal heat we had escaped!) We hiked, played games, put together a 2,000 piece puzzle, relaxed in the hot tub, cooked in the big kitchen and had a family pool tournament. The house was amazing with lots of space for all 15 of us.

Great home!

We had a great time! We had 12 adults & 7 children and the home had enough room for everyone and we did not feel crowded. The house was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The dining table sat 12 and the patio had a table for 4 and 4 bar stools in the kitchen. Property management was very responsive when we ran out of propane for the gas grill. There is a trail outside the backyard that takes you into Breckenridge; the location is so convenient. The hot tub was fabulous as well. We highly recommend this home!

Great Stay in Breckenridge

We had a great family vacation with 18 of us at this home. The home had plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy. Just fyi for those going to Breck for the 1st time, the altitude is a lot higher than other areas (Vail, Aspen) and we had a couple get really sick. Buy canned oxygen and plan in advance if you have health conditions. However, that didn't stop our fun. The property manager was wonderful when the internet was slow and really worked to get all streaming TV's etc. working for us. We'd definitely go back again and we didn't want to leave. Thank you for a great vacation!

Terrific for small re-unions

My friends and I turned 40 this year and wanted to have a trip to celebrate with our spouses and children (11 adults, 5 children). This was great! The location was walkable to town (for children 6+), had trails right nearby, and we saw wildlife (foxes, deer, birds) right from the hot tub! So much space inside, and great bedroom set up. Love the 2 dishwashers, and 2 coffee pots, and large fridge, and gas stove. Good selection in the kitchen for cookware. It came with paper towels, and a few food basics (salt, pepper, oil, balsamic vinegar, tea). Extra towels for the hot tub were great. Some games and puzzles. The games were more geared to young children (Uno, Candy Land). We wished we had brought Settlers of Catan, taboo, or similar. (Although we didn't have any "bored" time.) Downstairs was a great space for children to play when they woke early and grown-ups were still sleeping. Had a great time!

Loved it.

The property was perfect for our group of eight adults. We had plenty of room to spread out, work, cook and enjoy being in the mountains. Hiking trails right around the corner. Plenty of wildlife. We hired a private chef to come cook for us and that made it even more relaxing.

Great spot for a summer gathering

6 college friends came together here for a long weekend. The place is huge, with 6 very nice bedrooms and a 7th for good measure. Amenities like grill, hot tub (sparkling and huge), and pool table were in excellent condition as price point would suggest. Like many/most places in this busy ski town, it's not for someone in search of solitude; road noise is audible from the (excellent) decks and views include parking lots and buildings under construction through the trees. That said - the place itself is totally private, with no neighborly intrusions; the views up over the treetops are striking, with the still-snowcapped resort ridges visible from dining table and most bedrooms; and it's a pleasant 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to town. We were extremely happy here, and the hosts were quite responsive when needed.

Birthday in Breck

The house was great and perfect for our family. There was enough space for everyone to have their own space or to come together. Our property manager was nice and fixed the few issues we had with the dryer and bunk bed. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

50th Birthday Ski trip

This house was really a great set up for our group, although a few additions would have made it perfect. The driveway is really really treacherous both driving and walking with snow, the internet is very spotty- it drops constantly, and some workout equipment for the non skiers would have been amazing. There were plenty of towels, extra bedding, kitchen mostly had enough of everything for large group. We had a chef come in for our dinners so it was really a treat! Thank you for the view everyday though- that was never dull!
