We had a great stay at this home in Breckenridge. The house is huge and honestly the photos and description do not fully capture how much space there is. It felt open, comfortable, and perfect for a family trip. Our bedroom setup worked really well for us and the kids, which made the stay even easier.We also really appreciated being able to bring our dogs along. That made a big difference for us. The home is tucked away in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, which gave it a peaceful and cozy mountain feel.There were just a couple small things worth noting. Some areas of the house felt a bit dusty when we arrived, and we did need to finish drying and folding the towels. Nothing major, but something to be aware of.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again.

Fabulous!

Unbeatable location for skiing Breckenridge. Large home was perfect for our group of 9 (it varied depending on the day and which friends were by). Full kitchen for any cooking that you need to do. Floors are heated! Hot tub on back porch was great for soaking after a long ski day. Excellent communication from owners. No issues, problems, etc. Entire stay went smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place

We went on a father-son ski trip with 4 dads and 5 7-year old boys. We could not have been happier with the house. Very spacious, lots of beds to choose from (kids loved the bunk beds), and all the amenities we could ever have needed. The hot tub was an absolute hit as the kids got to do their first polar lunges. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great house with a great view and all the luxuries needed for time at Breckenridge. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how helpful and responsive Greg was to make sure all our needs were met. Tremendous experience.

Perfect Summer Stay

Perfect for family reunion /destination wedding get away!

We planned a trip to Breckinridge for three families plus grandparents and this residence was just perfect! So much room to gather and eat together! We hosted a welcome dinner for our nephew’s wedding party as well as a Sunday brunch! Cousins (all 19-22) bunked up sleep over style-bunks were great! Communication with the owners was top notch! Very responsive with any questions.

Great house for a big group!

We rented this house for a ski trip with four families and it met all of our needs. Plenty of space for everyone and located a short drive to the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Greg was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We got tons of snow during our trip so the skiing was great (you may want a 4 wheel drive vehicle if coming in the winter) and we were able to come home and warm up by the fire in a beautifully decorated home for Christmas. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our Family Trip!

Thank you Greg for letting us stay at your property. This home worked so well for our group of 17. We were able to use the pack n play and high chair provided, which was very helpful. The views from the deck are amazing, and made for very memorable afternoons and evenings during our trip. We would gladly stay again. Summer trip

Amazing home for a ski trip!

Had an amazing trip while staying at this home! It is great for large groups and easy access to Breckinridge. The owner was responsive and there for us if anything came up. Overall this is an amazing house that will ensure any trip you take will be memorable. We were able to fully utilize the kitchen and amenities for our large group. Very happy with how easy it was to get in and setup for our group.

The house was amazing and Greg was amazing.

Greg was very responsive and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. The reason why I rated check-in lower was because we were unable to check in at the scheduled time. This was not Greg’s fault but was due to staffing shortages at the cleaning company. The kids had a wonderful time sledding at the property on sleds that Greg had provided. The appliances are all high-end appliances and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, pans, cups, etc. I would highly recommend staying here. You may even get a visit from the local fox or a moose
