This house was amazing! Had a wonderful family Christmas vacation which was perfect with the Christmas deco and tree. Plenty of room for our family of 12, big kitchen space with everything you would need, fireplaces thru out and secluded!! The host was in constant contact and very efficient with everything we needed! This is a great vacation home. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect house for a large group of friends! Plenty of room and great “hang out” spaces on the first floor. Amazing kitchen (we’re cooks) and we were completely comfortable. Would love to come back!

Perfect setting

We had our family wedding here and it was the perfect location. The host made everything perfect and their communication made everything seamless. They had everything we could have possibly needed and was quick to respond when we had a minor maintenance issue. I couldn’t ask for a better place for us to start our journey together.

Our first Annual Trip - breathtaking

The house was amazing and suited our family perfectly. A ton of space and beautiful furnishings. So comfortable, so luxurious, so clean, amazing amenities and great location. So much snow and absolutely breathtaking property.

Winter Wonderland

Our family of 10 and 2 dogs had a great time! There was plenty to do that we didn't even leave the house. We went at the perfect time, so there was a ton of snow but I would love to see this property in the summer with where the house is situated next to the hill and river!

The Perfect Place for My Micro-Wedding!

I was looking for a property to host my family of 12, my now-husband and I included, for our wedding. When I found this listing, I immediately booked it because of the generous refund policy. Before our visit, the hosting company let me visit the property to make sure it was the best fit, and visiting in person only solidified that! We had our ceremony out on the curved deck by the creek and ate lunch in the dining room served by a private chef we brought it, who loved the expansive kitchen. The rooms offered perfect sleeping arrangements for our group, but I will note that no room is handicap accessible; you have to take some amount of stairs to access each bedroom. We loved staying at the Creekside Chateau!

Operation Hope She Says Yes

Weekend was awesome, our son had brought his girlfriend to propose. We came in as a surprise with her Mom, brother, and bestfriend. That night we surprised her for dinner which she loved. The next morning everyone gathered at the house for breakfast. The hosts were AWESOME, they even reached out before we arrived to make sure we had a 4wheel drive and to let us know it had snowed. The property is incredible. My wife said it was like being in a Halmark Movie. If i could transport the creek to our backyard every night would be peaceful no matter what had happened that day. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's this is now our favorite!

The best of the best.

Sure, it’s not right in town, but this property gets you away from the hustle and bustle and offers you a peaceful getaway with some actual PARKING. This is the perfect location for a larger group. Ample space space and amenities - this property is a breath of fresh (forest) air close to all that the resorts have to offer. Very well kept. Thank you for having us!

Mini couples reunion

This is a wonderful property! We had five couples together for a mini "college group 40-year reunion" and it was just perfect for us! With six bedrooms to choose from, all having either a king or queen bed, it was perfect. Also, it was the best "stocked" place we have ever stayed at, and we have stayed at a lot of places; in Colorado and around the country. The place was sprawling, in a beautiful mountain setting, very clean, nicely decorated, perfect gathering and eating spaces, and all of the amenities we could ever ask for. We had a wonderful time, and everyone loved it so much, we would like to return next year! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

The best Place to stay with your family

March 13-17, 2023. From beginning to end this trip was amazing. They made sure to check in on us during the entire process. The home was impeccable and had every amenity needed..and then some. The rooms were spaced out and accommodating making us each feel like we had our own space yet it provided a cozy living room and sitting area for us to come together and enjoy each other. We loved the scenery through the large windows. The kitchen had everything we needed.. Every bathroom had everything needed as well. We were even lucky enough to have an adorable red fox pay us a visit. This home was located close enough to the city so he trip in to town was merely minutes. If you are looking for a home that welcomes you the minute you walk in the door then this is the place. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return. Family of 10.

Beautiful property

We had such a lovely stay in blue river. The house is beautiful and so thoughtfully appointed! We even had a moose sighting one morning off the back deck. Would love to return for another stay!
