    Parking Information:
    For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

    Colorado Traction Law:
    From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

    Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Great location however missing some things. The main kitchen light is very dim and makes it hard to cook. Not enough silverware for the amount of guests it sleeps. No big frying pan. No grill tools. Broken hot tub cover making it hard to take on and off. WiFi is poor. Didn’t find any check in or check out guide, had to find where to put garbage. Overall pretty good and could be great with most minor fixes above.

This is our 2nd stay at this property! We were thrilled that they put in new windows with screens. The location is absolutely perfect and very easy walk to Main St. The hot tub views are gorgeous! My only suggestion for the property is it is time to upgrade the lighting especially in the kitchen. Overall, we love staying here and cannot wait to return!

Great views, but you should know…

We’ve stayed in Breck many times and have always been happy with our accommodations. If you’re planning to book this condo here are a few things to know. It’s close to Main St (a short walk down the hill) and the views from both the front and back decks are spectacular. However, those decks looked like they hadn’t been swept or maintained for months. The condo is smaller than it appears in the photos and there’s construction going on directly across the street. The workers start pretty early in the morning on weekdays. The hot tub jets don’t work very well and it was pretty heavy on chemicals. We understand needing to keep the water clean and appreciated that it was warm and crystal clear. Many of the windows were missing screens. We didn’t want to open windows without screens which made it harder to get air flow through the condo. The unit came with two parking spaces and we were happy to have off-street parking so close to Main St. Unfortunately, the trees that overhang the lot drop a lot of leaves and seedlings that left very sticky sap all over our less than 2-yr-old vehicle. It cost us $250 to have the sap professionally removed because we couldn’t get it off ourselves—and we tried. If you care about your car, it’s probably best to find alternative parking. Our last night there (and obviously this is no fault of Vrbo) the group in the unit near ours decided to throw a very loud party that lasted beyond 11pm. (We’re not the type to call police for such things

Condo with Great Location, but...

Condo is conveniently located to the gondola and all that downtown Breck has to offer. Bedrooms are a good size and the hot tub is great. However, there is a bit of maintenance that needs to be done for me to give this unit 5 stars. The coat/cubbie area is missing a coat hook and the light fixture in it is dangling from its wires. Biggest issue is that the glass in the door from the living room to the deck is missing trim on the exterior side and the glass is in danger of falling right out of the door. When those items are repaired, this is a 5 star condo.

Great location if you have non skiers that need something to do!

We enjoyed our stay for Christmas in Breckenridge. Main Street location is great for apres activities and easy access to town. Bus stop right out front took us to gondola each morning and made getting to the hill easy without having to walk at all. You could walk to gondola if you wanted but the bus is just as fast, save those boots! Both upstairs rooms had king beds and a queen downstairs which was slightly off from the listing. Wasn’t an issue for us but keep in mind when booking. Everything else was as advertised, we got our check in a few hours early without even asking which was nice. I would recommend to anyone looking for a downtown Breck location.
