Great Father/Son Ski Trip
We loved this condo for our ski trip. It is only one bus stop away from Peaks 7 and 8. We only had to walk around the corner to get to the bus stop. The kitchen was fully furnished and allowed us to save money by making all of our meals in the condo. The hot tub helped to keep sore muscles away. I would certainly consider staying here again. It had everything we needed for a great stay.

Cozy Condo
My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. We flew in on a Monday. Laid low on Tuesday due to the altitude and then skied Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. It was in a great location. Walking distance to the bus line. One stop from Peak 8. Easily accessible to town. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, strongly recommend
We had an excellent experience. The host was very responsive (to our one inquiry about arriving early.... everything else was already in place), the condo was warm, comfortable and just as described. Little things like fresh eggs and a candy dish added to the experience. This condo is a very short walk to the bus stop. Mass transportation is excellent, the only thing we used our car for was to go to Keystone (20 mins. away). We look forward to returning, this place is excellent.

Even nicer than the pictures
The place was beautiful and cosy, and had a real family feel to it. The amenities were fantastic and the kitchen was nicer than the one I have at home. You can get to the lifts in a few minutes walk or by taking the bus for a few minutes. I had dislocated my kneecap a few weeks before the holiday and it was a lovely place to just sit and relax and see the lovely snow from inside.

Amazing Breckenridge Condo!
We couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations in Breckenridge! There were so many thoughtful touches and treats included by the hosts. Not to mention the condo is equipped with everything you need to feel at home and was perfectly clean. The location has convenient access to both the mountain and town. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay in Breckenridge
This was an excellent location for us. We only took the free bus once and walked the other 4 nights. The condo was clean and organized and had more than enough room for 2 people. We spent time on the balcony every afternoon, enjoying the fresh mountain air. If we are fortunate enough to return to Breckenridge we would love to stay there again.

A perfect spring break stay
We used this condo for a spring break ski trip for me and my 10-year-old son. It was cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located for a quick bus ride to Peak 7 and 8. The kitchen was well-stocked with the basics that allowed us to cook meals easily and the in-unit washer/dryer was a great addition. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place, clean, great location with a 2 minute walk to the shuttle where you’re the last stop before the mtn. We had 2 adults and 1 teen and it fit us perfectly. The hot tub, washer/dryer, & dishwasher were all frequently used and wonderful. Would stay there again.

Perfect for the Two of Us
This condo was very well stocked, comfortable and cozy. We made breakfast and dinner at the condo and the full kitchen had everything that we needed. We had snow during our vacation. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was essential. The location was perfect! Only 1 bus stop from the Base of Peaks 7/8. We took the Free Ride bus into town. We never moved our rental car until we left. The owners left a book in the condo with lots of suggestions regarding where to eat and what to do. The owners provided other personal items (e.g. soaps, bath salts) that made it feel like home away from home. The owners were very responsive when all I was looking for was dinner suggestions. Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful place with us. I would definitely like to come back here again.

Cozy Condo near base 8
Condo was very cozy for the 3 of us with ample amenities. It definitely felt like a home away from home as others have said with all the furnishings as well as the stocked kitchen. Perfect location to catch the bus and ride a couple minutes up to the base of 8 or 7. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent condo and great location!
This condo was the perfect place for a great ski vacation. My adult daughter and I enjoyed a clean and comfortable stay in this cozy Colorado condo. Check in/out was seamless, and no issues were encountered during the stay. The washer/dryer was a bonus for wet ski clothes, and the entire place was warm and inviting. Breck has a great bus system to get around, and the restaurants are close too. Walking up the road to the ski area or down the road to town would be difficult due to the snow and ice during the winter, so the free bus or a car would be best. It snowed some, and the parking lots were well-kept and cleared of snow quickly. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it! Thanks James.

Everything it promised

Great Stay
My brother and I visited in December for a ski vacation. Pictures and description completely accurate and a reading of other reviews made for zero surprises. Well appointed kitchen met most of my needs. Good sized closet in bedroom for storage. Everything else was perfect. Bus stop was super close (2 min) and with 4 stops per hour to ski hill, it was super convenient as long as you planned ahead. If I missed a bus coming down from Peak 8, it only took me 9 minutes of a downhill walk to get back to apartment. Would definitely return.

Cozy and relaxing
First time visit to CO and we stayed at this property. We were here for friends who eloped. The stay was great, the place was super clean and cozy. Check in was easy and finding it was easy! Easy bus/shuttle free transportation from the top of the hill down to Breck village. Download the app for the bus and it’s super easy to monitor the pick up times and location of the bus!! After reading other reviews, I would say they were false about a short “walk” to the village of Breck. We didn’t even attempt it because of time and the steep hill. I would encourage owners to stock more toilet paper as we were there almost a full week and ran out. We would totally stay here again as it was cozy and we felt super comfortable. The place was stocked with informational books and photos!

Cute Cozy Cottage
We were pleased with this condominium/cottage. It has a very cozy, warm feeling. It had adequate linens, dishes, cookware, outdoor space/ patio, nice appliances in working order. It is located very close to town and ski area. Some areas of improvement would be windowsills and baseboard heaters need cleaning. Comcast service was a little difficult to navigate and internet service was shaky. Nice touches include little things like a dozen fresh eggs in the refrigerator, shopping bags, washer/dryer in unit, and all of the pictures, books., and candles. Overall a very nice place to stay with a small group and especially at the summer season price. I definitely would rather be in this unit than in a hotel room for the price! We will try to stay here again for sure!

Great spot for a getaway
Used this wonderful condo for a few days as a quick getaway. It was a very good choice. Simple, easy access to town, and far enough away from the downtown crowds to not feel surrounded. My trip was in the summer and the location had nice access to the mountains for hiking. But, it seems that it would also be an ideal location for winter access to the ski resort without being in the village. I would recommend this location and would stay here again.

Traveled to Breckenridge to enjoy some summer concerts performed by the National Repertory Orchestra and was pleased with the music plus these thoughtfully-appointed mountain accommodations. Condo was clean, comfortable and perfectly prepared. Many extra touches – including treats, locally made soaps, etc. – were much appreciated. Unit is a bit over a mile walk from Main Street, but the very-convenient Black Line bus stop is about a block from the door. And the city's free bus service makes getting around a breeze. Would return here for sure.

Cozy Condo with easy access to Mountain & Town
We stayed here in mid april for some spring skiing. This was our first time in Breckenridge and we had a wonderful experience. The condo had everything that was needed to feel comfortable and at-home. To get to the mountain, you could either take the free shuttle which was a 2 minute walk away, you could walk roughly 10 minutes to Peak 8, or you could even walk 5 minutes to the 4 O’Clock run and ski right down to the Snowflake lift. As for getting to town, the walk is roughly 15-20 min to get right down to the middle of Main Street, or you can also take the free shuttle. There was 2 of us, but the condo could comfortably fit 4. I would highly recommend this place as it was super clean, comfortable, accessible to skiing/the town, and the hosts were responsive and created a very welcoming space for guests. If we come back to Breckenridge, this will be our first spot to check for availability!

Excellent Condo
Very nice condo, extremely clean with a lot of "extras' that made our stay super nice. Directions were clear on arrival, & plenty of suggestions for activities & restaurants...they even had bath salts & a wonderful bed with flannel sheets for relaxation each night. It was about a 1 block walk to bus which took us to Peak 8 in less than 10 minutes. We highly recommend this condo!

Skiers' place
This is the perfect spot for skiers. We arrived via shuttle from Denver airport. Access to the condo was straightforward and we grabbed shopping bags taking the free bus down to the market. We used the bus to get to and from the slopes everyday. And cooked wonderful dinners in the well equipped kitchen. Definitely would return - winter or summer. Enjoyed the fly fishing books!

Cozy stay in the winter wonderland
This cozy condo had all we were looking for to enjoy the beautiful Breckenridge. We travelled with 2 children and they also loved it. We ended up going to the ‘Village’ for skiing lessons for our kids because the ones in peak 8 were booked up, however the location is really convenient to access peak 8 slopes. All was great, the condo had all we could possible need. The only suggestion I can give is to equip the guests with a snow shovel to help removing fresh snow around the car if needed.

Perfect Cozy Peak 8 Condo
James was a pleasure to work with, very easy communication from start to finish. The condo is a quick walk up to peak 8 to hop on the gondola, but also not too bad of a walk down to town. The black line bus makes it incredibly easy to get around town (you pick it up right outside the condo), we didn’t bring a car which was no problem at all. We worked from the condo all week and had no problems with WiFi, even with two people on separate video Zooms at the same time. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking lunches at home easy, great water pressure in the shower. 10/10 will be coming back again!

Good experience. A little problem in the beginning because owner forgot to give us door code. We email/messaged owner and called VRBO. Eventually we received the code from owner. Condo is small but fine for my husband and and I. We spent very little time in condo except to sleep. The free bus was very convenient to the condo. We walked into town one day.

I must say that the door code was sent to them at 4:04 pm. T h e check in time is 4:00 Oclock. They did not have to wait very long!

Great Breck Getaway
Gold Camp was a great location in Breck. The condo was the perfect size for 3 people. Steps away from the shuttle. Well equipped kitchen. Nice to have washer and dryer in condo to wash out socks and layers after skiing. Owner book with lots of good tips on Breck. When I had questions Jamie was quick to respond. Easiest checkout ever. Jamie literally said the cleaning crew would take care of it. We will definitely look to stay here again!
