    LOCATION – Cimarron Condos are within one block of historic Main Street, Peak 9 base, the 4 O'clock Run, and the Riverwalk Center and the Blue River. You can walk directly across the street to Breck's Free Shuttle bus stop, which is the most convenient way to get to the slopes. Numerous chairlifts will bring you to all parts of the mountain, including the challenging double black diamond Imperial Bowl that towers at almost 13,000 feet!

    AMENITIES – This two-bedroom condo sleeps up to eight people and has private laundry, a private balcony, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TVs with cable in all bedrooms and a large flat screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD in the living room. Additional complex amenities include community laundry facilities, common area hot tubs & dry rock sauna, elevator access and underground heated parking. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

    All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
    • High-end bed linens and towels.
    • Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
    An initial supply of:
    • Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)

Perfect spot

The apartment was perfect for us. We had a beautiful time, kids could walk to Main St and also walk to the ski lifts close by.

Magical winter vacation

We love to come to Breckenridge and always stay at Cimarron. This was our first time in this condo but it had everything we needed. Thanks for a great family trip!

Great Place, Great location

We had a great time at this unit. located out of the chaos of town but easily walking distance to everything. Very clean and a lot of space for us to hang out. Will keep this on the short list for the next trip to Breck.

The location of this condo is amazing. We have a 3 year old and walking to Main Street was a breeze. Condo was super clean, and cozy. Smooth check in/check out process. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for skiing

Other than a little difficulty finding the condo due to lots of snow and map taking us elsewhere, this stay was an easy and great experience. We had all we needed and enjoyed the hot tubs after skiing. Close to slopes and shuttle. Easy walk to Main Street shops.

Great place! Perfect location to town and lifts. What wonderful 2 floor design.

Two bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms. Murphy bed downstairs is very useful. Wood burning fireplace is great, plenty of wood in underground garage inside parking is ideal. Kitchen has all needed utensils. Great place will stay again

Worked out perfectly

Great condo. Perfect location. Walked to dinner every night though kitchen had all we would have needed to make our own meals. Convenient and spacious storage for skis. Hot tubs were nicer than we expected. Free shuttle that takes you around Breckenridge including to peaks 7 and 8 is across the street. One ski run comes all the way down to town and is just a short walk to this property so we never had to wait for the gondola or shuttle at end of the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location + awesome home

Our group of friends and family stayed at this Cimarron property and loved it. The kitchen was well stocked for our week long trip which we appreciated. We loved that the set up had two floors with bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs. The living space is actually more generous than photos indicate. Parking in the covered garage was great for winter. Check in and out was easy and convenient with door codes.

Great location

We booked this unit to be close to town and walkable to the Quicksilver lift for our ski trip. This unit provided both and was roomy enough for our group of 6 people. The hot tubs on the property were great, as was the nearby pool. There were a couple of minor things that need to be addressed in the unit (a couple of broken luggage racks, a couple loose outlets) but nothing that would stop me from staying here again. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Condo!

Don’t hesitate to book Corral 306e in Breckenridge. It is a beautiful condo and easily spacious enough for my family of six adults and one toddler - there was even a security gate at the property for the master stairs. The property manager was very responsive to the very minor things I mentioned that needed addressing at the end of the stay (like a squeaky master bathroom door), AFTER THEY ASKED! What property manager does that? Excellent customer service!!! The beds were amazingly comfortable and everything was clean and as advertised. The view from the master of the mountain took my breath. Location was great as well! Overall, I give this property a 5-star review and we will book this condo when we make our next trip to Breckenridge!

Breckenridge condo

We have rented many places from VRBO all over North America, Europe and Caribbean (and I rarely leave a review). This place was spacious and well managed. It was probably the best equipped kitchen I have come across (plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans). Also, decent quality bath towels, appliances, fry pans etc. The supply of towels for both bathrooms and to go to the hot tub was plenty. My pet peeve with rental places is that some only supply one roll of toilet paper or no paper towels, dish soap etc.. which is such an inconvenience and cheap on the part of the owner. This place was well stocked with toilet paper, dish soap, dish washing machine soap, paper towels,laundry detergent and fire wood. The furniture is nice and so are the beds. Spacious place so it was nice to hang out after skiing with the family of five (3 adult kids). Smoke detector needed new battery and maintenance came within an hour to deal with it. The place has lots of hooks by the entrance which is great when skiing because you need to hang all your jackets and ski gear. Underground parking was a bonus since it snowed a lot. Location is nice because a short walk to Quicksilver chair, walk one block down to main street and the four o’clock ski out run ends a half a block from condo. Overall great place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property description is accurate; the unit was spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). It was a bit difficult to find the entrance and parking garage (this is located at the Cimarron condos just behind Main Street/Dredge area). We appreciated the unit had 2 bathrooms, but note that there is no bathroom on the main level. Stairs to the bedrooms are a little steep/slick for young children, but it's doable. The unit is well-appointed with dishes, towels, fans, and blankets. We were pleasantly surprised that the temperature on our 3rd floor unit stayed cool compared to other places in Breck. The beds are not the most comfortable, but it did the job for the duration of our stay. We appreciated the communication with Pinnacle throughout our stay to ensure things were going smoothly.I encourage Pinnacle to be specific with how much "initial supply" is on hand for dishwasher tabs, laundry, paper towels/toilet paper. We brought some extra thinking there may not be enough, and there was way more than enough. We didn't have room in our luggage to bring it back, so we left it.This unit is super convenient to main street restaurants and shopping; we rarely had to drive during our week. We will absolutely consider staying here again on our next trip to Breck!

Note that the pools require you to bring your own towels, something we didn’t know.Very clean and prompt management communications. Loved it!!
