Short walk to the chairlift in ski boots and a nice 15 minutes' walk to the downtown! The unit was clean and comfy! Plus, we got a bunch of snow! I would stay there again next time in Breckenridge.

Perfect location for what we needed. The front door is not available for use which was weird since you can only access the unit through the garage, which was not great when you had to have a vehicle parked in it. Unit was clean and kitchen was equipped with what we needed.

Fantastic location, but a bit older

The highlight of the property is the location and proximity to ski rental, lift ticket and the Snowflake lift. The property itself is a bit older with the associated things that come with that. A bit run down, but still had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. If you have a larger vehicle, good luck parking it in the small garage. Great communication with the property manager that were very clear.

Clean and Convenient

The place was clean and convenient. There was enough room for my friends and I to enjoy the stay and it was an easy walk to the lifts and town. Host had good communication and private hot tub was a nice touch.

Breckenridge girls trip

We enjoyed the home. The parking was horrible. There were sharp curbs that you had to navigate around in a very very small parking lot. The host company was attentive and did answer our questions as one night there were oversized vehicles parked in compact spaces making it virturally impossible to park. The only other negative was that we really had no idea how far the pool was from our unit. It was confusing as to how to find it - and we actually never did. I don't believe there was a direct walking route at all. The bus stop across the street was quite convenient and we were able to figure out the app and use. it to avoid the parking situaltion at night. There were no instructions in the unit at all - which might have been helpful. In the room with the twin beds the bed closest to the window squeaked and there was a screen that was removed prior to our arrival and it was bent.

Nice place with super easy mountain access

As with most Breckenridge str’s, this one is starting to show its age. Property management was super responsive when the kitchen faucet fell apart on the first night. But the rental had everything we could have needed for a successful trip.

Cozy getaway

This place was close to lifts and bus stops. Clean, cozy and spacious house. Management was easy to reach, check in and out was quick, hot tub and killer views, what all together contributed to a wonderful family skiing getaway!

Lovely property

We had a very nice stay at the Four O-Clock townhouse. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the Beaver Run Hotel, where we attended a conference. The hot tub and jacuzzi were nice perks, and it was way cheaper booking three rooms separately for our staff. There wasn't coffee, but there was a lot of sugar. Also, the bottom floor gets way colder than the top at night and there are not individual thermostats to adjust, but it can be managed. Overall, we were very comfortable and happy with the place!

Great location for families

Great property near shuttle, Snowflake Lift and ski rentals. Heat downstairs difficult to maintain, all heat went to upper floors. Kitchen sparsely stocked, difficult to cook a meal for family.
