  • Summary:
    This spacious and sunlit townhouse offers three bedrooms with three full private bathrooms, all with luxury bedding and chic decor. It boasts plenty of room for up to 10 guests, while remaining close to the heart of Breckenridge. Enjoy the large deck (complete with a premium Bullfrog hot tub & grill!) and Roku TVs for everyone to enjoy streaming shows, listen to music, or keep up with the weather. Convenience and comfort await!

    The Space:
    The main floor space offers a fully-stocked kitchen, powder room, dining area, living room, and private deck with a premium Bullfrog hot tub, lounging area, grill & outdoor dining for 6. . Roku TVs in the living area and each bedroom allow you and your guests to use the apps you are accustomed to using at home. With so much space and convenience, you and your guests will love relaxing after a day's exploration around the area! The lower level upon entry offers a bunk room with (2) Twin over Full bunk beds, a full private bathroom, and a laundry room. The upstairs space offers two master bedrooms with one queen as well as a king and full private bathrooms attachedGet a good night's rest after a day exploring the downtown Breck area or going out and experiencing the outdoor recreation available in hiking and mountain biking! Take advantage of the one-car garage with up to four additional parking spaces in the driveway and street side. Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

    Guest Access:
    Guests will have access to the entire space as well as a one-car garage with up to four additional parking spaces in the driveway.

    The Neighborhood:
    The Warrior's Mark neighborhood is one of the most conveniently accessible locations to the public bus route and Main Street. This location is the perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking; during the summer you can hike on the nearby Burro, Glacial Pass, Peak 10, or Peak 8 trails. The private and serene forest area is the perfect backdrop for a luxury vacation getaway for friends or families!

    Being so close to Breck's summer vibes, you won't want to miss out on all the experiences that are available. Stroll down Breck’s mainstreet this summer and you might find yourself stumbling into an art festival, discovering a beer fest, seeing homes built in the 1800s or enjoying local musicians playing outside as you take a scenic stroll. You will find tons of unique experiences in dining, shopping, and summer festivities. Adult guests can enjoy a drink at the The Blue Stag Saloon or the Breckenridge Brewery and Pub. Make a reservation at The Dredge, the world's highest floating restaurant with access to walkways to enter from Adams or Jefferson Street - during the summer months you can even feed the ducks! If you have children, you might consider looking into the Mountain Top Children's Museum, where kids can find crafts, dress-up and building activities. There are plenty of experiences in shopping, dining, and summer activities to satisfy your adventurous spirit. While Breckenridge is great to explore year-round, there's certainly something wonderful about being able to explore all that it has to offer during the beautiful summer months!

    Getting Around:
    This unit is down the street from a Breckenridge Free Ride bus stop. Uber is also available in town.

    Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

    4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

    Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.

    Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Great townhouse! Very clean and updated. Perfect place for a group of 6 friends. Hot tub was clean and new. Loved the quiet location. Once road construction is done will be even better. Would stay here again.

Great condo, great location

Close to the shuttle stop - easy access to the main Peak 9 mountain at beaver run. Great Hottub and kitchen.

Great getaway in Breck!

The property was as advertised. Clean, laid out well, and very conveniently located. Property manager was great. Directions were simple for check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

A little unassuming from the exterior, but overwhelming once inside. Looks may be deceiving! Beautifully appointed remodel with laundry, detergent and all the necessities!

The place was great, very clean and professional set up. We had a family of 6 staying there and we had a great time.This would be a five star, but I had to put a four star because of the company running it disappointed us. We left a jacket there, which we did it at a VRBO a few years ago, and they told us how much it was at FedEx and sent it our way. This company said we had to pay him 100 to mail a jacket, which was really excessive, and I felt like taking advantage because they already had a jack in the hand. Especially now nowadays, you could have FedEx UPS come pick up things at your place through DoorDash or other areas. He didn’t seem ethical how they were trying to make money when it didn’t really cost more time.

Great spot for family ski trip

Our family gathered from across the country for a ski vacation and this was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was as advertised (or better) with plenty of space, very well stocked kitchen (including dishes/utensils, pots/ pans/etc, as well as extensive basic spices), and nice convenient location. The free bus is just up the street providing easy access to town as well as all the mountain peaks) Thanks for a great stay

Comfortable stay with ample room for big parties

Great location in nice neighborhood, with room for cooking and hanging out. Would have given it a five star rating but the toilet and shower did not drain properly. I would recommend this stay, very comfortable and close to a bus stop, good communication.

Lovely condo in a beautiful setting

This condo was very nice and clean. The location was great - close to downtown Breck and the slopes, with a free shuttle bus located just down the block. The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this lovely condo!
