This is a MUST stay for your mountain getaway. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. The hot tub looked as though it had never been used. The kitchen is a chefs dream and had everything we needed to make some amazing meals! Far enough out of town to feel like a sanctuary, but close enough to drive just a few minutes to slopes, dining, activities, etc. Marion, the host, was incredibly prompt with communication. She also had a Christmas tree put up for us. Everyone had plenty of space and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. One of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous House

Beautiful house in excellent condition. Very well maintained. Very responsive to any questions/issues. The only downside is there was no shuttle that ran on a regular schedule back and forth to skiing or town. Otherwise perfect.

Best Cabin

Our stay at this cabin couldn’t have been better, the directions lead right to the home, the check in was easy, the house was clean, the owners were great communicators and very nice, and the hot tub was great. I loved that there was not a huge list of things to do prior to leaving which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Boys ski trip 2024!!

The boys came up for a ski trip weekend and could not have been happier with our stay at the mid beautiful home. All the bedrooms were laid out nicely, the kitchen is HUGE!! And they have done such a great job making sure you have all the necessities to enjoy your stay. One night it snowed 6” and the next morning we woke up to a freshly blown driveway, clean and ready for us to depart to the base. Don’t let this home being 5 miles out of town scare you, it’s a very short drive to downtown. We skied Breck, Copper and Keystone from here and had a group of 8. Such a blast, would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone hands down!!!

Blue River Home for the Christmas

This was one of the most spectacular and well kept homes we have ever been in. We needed space for my 3 daughters and 2 new son in laws celebrating Christmas with our extended family. They were blown away by the size, beauty, and 'warm family' feel of the home. It was awesome and anyone considering a home away from home for an unforgettable family experience. This is your place. Pricey? Yes. Worth it, Yes as well.

Perfect Tranquility!

This home is beautiful, in a quiet area with gorgeous views. The kitchen is big and fully stocked for baking and cooking; one of the best in all the homes we’ve rented. Lots of space in all areas, including the porch. We never ran out of hot water and the water pressure was more than adequate. Linens, all paper products and household staples were in abundance. Marion was easy to communicate with and willing to help us in changing our rental dates, due to airline issues. We throughly enjoyed our stay, and we’d go back again.

Blue River Review

Great Property

Family ski trip. 15 minutes to slopes. Spacious and well appointed house. Nice views. Very responsive host and manager. Hot tub worked well. Pool table was a lot of fun. Garage and mud room worked out perfectly. We parked 1 large vehicle in garage and 2 large vehicles on driveway with no issues. TVs a little tricky to operate and log in to YouTube TV - no cable channels. Wi-Fi worked great. Bring your own pillows if you're picky. Overall very happy with our stay and recommend this house.

The best rental property I have ever stayed at

Beautiful home minutes from town

This is a beautiful well appointed home that has everything you would need for a family vacation. The wifi is the only thing that was hit or miss for us as it frequently went out if more than 1 or 2 people were using it. We imposed a no wifi moratorium during the Super Bowl as we air played it from our devices to the TV, & it still cut out a few times. BUT honestly, we were there to hang out together and spend time not on devices so this was a minor inconvenience. We loved this house, check in and out were easy and we would recommend this house to anyone coming to Breck!

Fabulous Mountain Home -Family Getaway

Home is gorgeous with beautiful setting. Host is very helpful, readily available, and has insured home is well appointed with everything to make the stay comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed a great family getaway and enjoyed great meals in the fantastic kitchen. Also, skiing in Breckenridge is just a short drive away. Convenient and Wonderful! We will return! Thanks Marion!

Wonderful mountain lodge

We had a great time staying at this beautiful house in the mountains. The views were amazing, the house was well stocked and had everything we needed. It is located in a nice neighborhood and we had fun exploring in the backyard! Had a great time!
