  • If you are looking for a GREAT VALUE and a true ski-in, ski-out condo that is inexpensively priced, slope-side and steps from the slopes - you have found your Breckenridge condo!

    New mattresses added November 2023. Updated dining table and chairs, couch and loveseat and patio furniture recently added.

    We offer this modestly decorated ski-in ski-out condo at a great price, because the unit interior has not been upgraded. However, it sleeps comfortably and the location cannot be beat! For those of you that just need a place to hang your hat and warm up after an awesome day on the slopes, this is your condo. Please don't book if you are looking for granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

    This condo is very dated, and the photos accurately represent the simple decor and furnishings. We respectfully ask that you please take the time to look at the photos before booking. Our goal is to make your vacation experience the best possible, and to receive a good rating for the value of this condo's location and not the lack of interior upgrades. We feel that the star ratings are a combination of the entire rental experience including VALUE and LOCATION. We are pricing this condo below market, as we want to make this condo available for budget minded vacationers who are looking for a place as close to skiing as possible.

The perfect location for a long weekend. The ski in and out was great. But the ease of parking... lockers... hot tub and sauna were even better. Definitely recommend this unit since it's not he same floor as the access to the slopes. so no stair! the kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils for us to cook a couple of meals. We couldn't figure out the fireplace - but the wx was nice so didn't really need it.

The unit was exactly as pictured. It was clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with kitchen essentials, along with plenty of bath towels. The location is excellent—a true ski‑in, ski‑out, which made our stay very convenient.Our only disappointment was the beds. All of them were extremely soft, and none of us slept well. The mattresses felt old and worn, with noticeable impression spots. We tried flipping and rotating them, but it didn’t help. I would strongly recommend that the owners consider replacing the mattresses or adding firmer mattress toppers to improve comfort. After a full day of skiing, a good night’s sleep would have made a big difference.Aside from the beds, the unit is a great value for the price.

Perfect Ski In/Ski Out, plus your just a shuttle ride, drive, or gondola ride to town, like the description says, it’s not a 5 Star property but your definitely not paying 5 Star price. It was clean and had all the amenities my family and I needed, hey we came to ski not hang out in a condo!

Amazing place!! Love the location and price.

Had an absolute blast here with the kiddos. Just above the base of Peak 8 and about as convenient as a ski in/out can possibly be. We’ll be back!

Fantastic Location for Snow Skiing

The ski-in/ski-out accomodations are the best around. The unit is an older property that hasn't been updated, but it served our purposes. We had a wonderful stay and will consider it again next year.

Great Location!

Great trip! Twila was extremely helpful and helped me a lot! Place was exactly as advertised. Could not have been happier about the location. True Ski-in and out right off of Claimjumper! Would definitely stay again. Whole place has not been renovated, the beds, TV, small appliances have been. Kitchen was well appointed and very comfortable for seating. Great for families and couples.

great location on the mountain

Loved being at Peak 8 area, on the mountain with easy access to the gondola. We're not picky people, but the condo needed a lot of upgrades like wifi, lights fixed, comfortable mattresses, and furniture on the porch. Otherwise, Breck is a great area to explore!

It was a very accurate description from the Ski In/Out to the dated.finishings Good price and great layout with split bedrooms & baths (2/2). With minor updates could be even better!
