TLDR; beautiful condo, very well-equipped and in a great part of town. Do not hesitate to book!
However...I was both disappointed and frustrated by my attempts to communicate with the management company.
I booked the unit 4 months in advance. In fact, we changed our travel dates to be able to stay here.
There were several issues that came up prior to our arrival (confusion over check in time, questions about area attractions, ability to store luggage, etc.) that came up.
Whoever was responding to my emails from the management company was very unaccommodating. I totally get that Breck was busy this summer and that this condo was in high demand. However, when you get an email that says "contact us for early check-in or late check out", you expect there's a chance you can be accommodated. It got to the point were I seriously considered cancelling.
Fortunately, this story has a happier ending. The day we were due to arrive, it felt like a different person was responding to my emails! This person was a lot nicer and much more accommodating. They were able to let us check in an hour earlier. (FWIW there is a ski closet on the ground floor where you could store your luggage. It is unlocked, but there is a door code of the front door, so your things should be pretty safe). Once this new person started responding to me, things went much better.
So these comments may or may not impact your stay and as I said, the condo is awesome! We particularly enjoyed Semplice for morning coffee and Aurum for dinner and happy hour. I would definitely return.
