We had an amazing stay! The cabin is in a great location with incredible views, and it’s gorgeous and very spacious—perfect for our family of eight. Check-in was a breeze, and the host responded promptly to any questions we had.

The house was amazing. The location was great, just far enough out of town where it was quiet and peaceful but close enough that you don't have to drive far to enjoy Breckenridge. My only complaint was that we could not get the dishwasher to work and the tv/entertainment system was really difficult to figure out. I would certainly stay there again!

This was one of the most beautiful rental homes that we have ever stayed in! Almost too nice to be rented--please take great care if you stay there. The open layout and views from the second floor main living area and primary bedroom are stunning, with beautiful wood throughout, solid doors, amazing art and lighting, comfortable furniture, etc. We enjoyed being there so much that, after a full day of outdoor activities (great hiking/biking/golf/pickleball in the surrounding area), we canceled all but one of our dinner reservations in town--so we could enjoy the deck and hot tub and making dinners in the gourmet kitchen. Having the second/third bedrooms on their own separate floor gave our guest couple lots of privacy and space. Having a garage for our car was a bonus--especially if you were here in the winter. The house is an easy drive into town for shopping and restaurants but it is halfway up the mountain less than 10 minutes away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Blue River. We had deer and fox on the property during our stay and saw moose in the mornings down along the river/nearby lake area.Lastly I would add that the property management team were outstanding and highly responsive to any questions/needs we had during our stay. Working with the host/owner was very pleasant from the beginning--and I hope they'll have the opportunity to use their beautiful home frequently in the years to come! Thanks for sharing it with us.

Lovely home with terrific light and beautiful views in a spectacular setting. Sophisticated lighting, spacious cabinetry, built-in sound system, lots of board games, high-end applicances, plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, and glassware. The size and layout were ideal for our trip with two young adult sons, with us in the main bedroom suite upstairs near the comfortable open living area and the lower level for them. Property managers were very responsive when there was a problem with the hot water. A few things guests should know: The mattress in the main bedroom suite is quite soft, and if you like to sleep dark you may want a sleep mask, since the shades do let in some light. Also the living room can get warm, since the windows have been modified so most don’t open. This is a seasonal and relatively minor issue (there is a floor fan and you can open the door to the deck and a window in the main bedroom for some air movement).

Family trip to Breck

We’ve been coming to Breck each year for almost 40 years and this was the most comfortable stay we’ve had. Our family was able to spread out, the location cannot be beat and the views are absolutely the most peaceful beautiful views we’ve ever experienced staying in the mountains! Everything was a 5 star experience!

Second trip to this beautiful house. It is a beautiful place. A number of lights were out that we replaced and a few we left. Wet towels were left in wash machine when we got there. We were conDrive was not cleaned or back deck at the EN a little difficult.care of.

We stayed here just short of week with a 4 and 12yr old and the property is exactly like the pictures and in a great location to enjoy Breckenridge. The upstairs is spacious and has tons of windows to enjoy the Colorado scenery. The kids loved sledding down the long driveway and playing in the snow on the spacious property. We had zero complaints and would certainly stay again. Recommend 4x4 vehicle if visiting in the winter months.

Incredible stay !

The cabin was exactly as pictured. With a 10 to 15 minute drive to Breck, it is secluded enough for a cozy cabin experience and close enough to enjoy downtown Breckenridge. The kitchen is fully stocked so you are able to cook. The beds and mattresses were amazing ! The panoramic windows give you incredible views! The heated floors were a great plus and honestly made the cabin very warm so we didnt use them as much. During our stay the faucet in the kitchen stopped working, I sent a message out and it was resolved within minutes, great communication..overall a great place to stay, we didnt use the jacuzzi but I wish we did, there was towels on hand and a beautiful mountain view to look at. The fireplace worked great and the outdoor fireplace worked great as well. Definitely recommend !

Christmas Vacation

This house was PERFECT for our group of 7 total (3 kids) for our Christmas getaway! I love that there is a separate space for kids to play downstairs. I was surprised how quiet it was even between the master and the main living room. The kitchen was nice and spacious included everything we needed to cook our meals at the house. The snowplow came twice to clear the driveway during our stay and we had a group of men come to clean the deck and back walkway once. Views were perfect for sitting out on the patio by the fire that was one of our favorite parts of the house! The patio is perfect for viewing the kids sledding down the driveway! We will definitely be returning!

The Best VRBO We've Ever Stayed In!

By far one of the best places my family and I have ever stayed in- this place was absolutely AMAZING! The house was clean, well decorated, stocked with all the necessities, comfortable beds in every room, and plenty of tvs/ entertainment. The views were impeccable and seen anywhere you look. The outdoor deck with hottub & grill were all in great condition and we loved looking at the stars out there. Lastly, the host provided great communication leading up to the stay and during. All around we totally recommend staying here!
