Classic Mountain Stay Close to Town

My friend group really enjoyed our stay. We went hiking one morning, and into town the next. It was equal distance from each! The scenery was lovely and the fireplace was a fantastic hangout at night. My only complaint is the windows in the master bedroom did not open so it got a little stuffy. Other than that everyone was comfortable!

Family Ski Trip

Property was spacious and perfect for the 10 of us. Large living area in great location. Hot tub was perfect for after ski relaxation. Only negative is property is ski-in, via a tricky route through trees and a street, but not ski-out. We needed to shuttle each other by short drive to base of Peak 8.

Amazing stay. Just as expected!

The house was gorgeous and the location was amazing. The management company was extremely responsive and easy to work with. You can't get a house closer to the base of Peak 8 than this one. We highly recommend this property!

Great family ski vacation

We had a really great time staying at this very large house with my adult family. We had a short walk to the peak 8 lifts and gondola. Great communication with Summit Rentals with the few questions we had. Thanks again!!

Steps to the slopes

The house was cozy and just steps from Peak 8, which was so nice and convenient. The jacuzzi was great after a day on the slopes, and drive into town was easy and close. House had heated tiles! We would love to stay here again. We would only recommend easier access to speakers to play music, maybe add a yoga mat (the great room/bedrooms and balcony during the warmer season are great areas for a little stretching), updating the coffee maker since it wasn’t working properly, noting where the light switches are for one side of balcony and sink disposal since we couldn’t find them. Lastly, stocking with better and more quality bath products would have made our stay ideal. Overall, though, it was an amazing place.

Convenient, clean, comfortable and a great location.

The house was superb. It was comfortable and in a perfect location. We walked to peak 8 every day - about 5-10mm walk depending if you’re carrying your skis. Kids stayed in the room downstairs with bunk beds, which is a suite with its own playroom. The otnee 3 bedrooms were very comfortable and had their own bathrooms. Heating was working well and the floor I’m the kitchen is heated too. The main family room was comfortable and warm. We highly recommend.

Something for every age

Surpassed my dream of reuniting all kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids from my side of the family with my beloved deceased husband’s side of the family. There were 24 of us (in two houses), converging in Breckenridge from California, Connecticut, Florida, and Texas. Lots of comfortable, informal space and activities, in the house and in the local community, for all generations to have fun and get to know each other. I was the lone representative of the fourth generation. All of the wonderful memories, large and small, will warm my heart for the rest of my days! Much better to spend some of their inheritance while I’m here to enjoy it with them!💖😃

Loved this place

Boulder Ridge had everything we needed! It was very well equipped with all the kitchen supplies and amenities. The laundry was an extreme plus and the mud room downstairs made keeping the ski gear perfectly organized extremely easy!

So close to skiing! Breck is small this place is def cozy and has everything you need. Loved that they had humidifiers in all the rooms as we def were not used to the super dry air. Family def had a good thanksgiving here. Would stay again in the future.
