The host was very attentive and tried to fix our issues. They sent a maintenance tech who thought he fixed the issue on day 2, he came back day 3, an electrician came on day 4 and he said he had to order parts so the issue couldn’t be fixed until after our stay. I believe the issues we experienced will be fixed for future guests, but they deeply impacted our stay. Issues with the breaker caused power outages in the game room, the TV and in the kitchen (including the fridge, spoiling food we bought for our stay). These amenities were luxuries vs necessities, But we paid extra to take advantage of the movie area aand the games / to be able to cook food in the cabin. Additionally, wifi was non existent, making it impossible to catch up on work while the baby slept / or early in the morning. The WiFi also didn’t connect to the tvs making it difficult to entertain the baby while we unpacked/cooked/packed/etc. Lastly, they have a known issue of their oven being misaligned when people put things on the glass. Causing air to escape and food not to cook. They have a posted sign and we followed the rules. Unfortunately, they don’t check in between guests to make sure it’s aligned. We tried to bake cookies on our last night. They were a 12 minute prepackaged style cookies. It took an hour to cook them because of the escaping heat.Honestly, the cabin was delightful, but we didn’t get the luxuries we paid extra for and the host didn’t offer any sort of refund. They were apologetic
