An ideal place, ideal location

We have visited our son, daughter-in-law, & grandchildren in Blue River 10 times. This place is the best place we've stayed & would also be great for another couple & kids. We could have lived here!

House was great peaceful and secluded but close to town also.

The house is very spacious, has all cooking utensils needed. Its wooded and up a hill, so you will neeed an AWD vehicle in the winter for sure.

Beautiful home and great location!

The house was very clean and the layout was quite cozy and functional. Plenty of space for everyone in the group to spread out and enjoy an entire week together. The hot tub was very clean and hot. Perfect for those aching muscles after a long day of snowmobiling. A well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels were supplied.

Beautiful Views

The place was overall exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the fact that there were so many beds and the main bedrooms on the 3rd and bottom floor. It checked all the boxes and had such gorgeous views. Would recommend and will come back the next chance we get!

Great Spot

Great location, I live in Denver and the snow in Blue River was the most I have ever seen. Our group is over forty and the house reminded us of the 90’s and we loved it. Sometimes a throwback is good! This home would not be great for elderly folks with the steep driveway and stairs but great for a spry big group. Parking is frustrating cause there are plenty of spots in the drive way. When you have 10 guest only two cars allowed is a big hassle. I would book again, we loved it!

Best week Ever

We had a very positive experience. Felt at home as soon as we arrived. Had so much space for everyone to enjoy. Had extra warm blankets and pillows. Amazing views amd beautiful place to stay. Well definitely be back.

What an incredible stay

We come to Breck every year and this was by far the most spacious, cozy, home-felt place we have found. Plenty of garage space to store a vehicle and skis. Sleds for kids (if you have them). Hot tub was nice and warm. Huge back porch. Everything was fantastic. I’m sure in the summer time it’s even prettier! Thank you for letting us stay 10/10 would recommend.

Ski Trip

The location was super close to Breckenridge which is exactly what we were looking for. Then, after a long day of skiing, coming back to the hottub was a perfect end to the day.

Secluded, yet close to town

My son's took me skiing for the first time in 30 years. We had a great time, especially with how close the house is to town. Short drive is nice after being on the slopes for hours. The house is secluded, has a very "homey" feel and has lots of great games to play. The hot tub, although extremely hot, was nice to relax in after a long day of skiing. The only negative experience was how long it took to BBQ. This could have been caused by the low level of the propane tank or the cold weather. But other than that, we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing beyond expectations would highly recommend

The property is very well managed we were so happy to have everything available that we could have possibly needed. So many board games cards etc available in main living room. Tvs in all areas the hot tub was ready to go and perfect location for it. Everything was better than expected. Best of all you could turn off all the outside lights and stargaze right off of the property amazing skies.

Awesome house with scenic views.

We had a great time staying at the Blue River house! The house is very spacious, which was nice for our large group to have room to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed for us to cook meals at home. The hot tub is a fantastic plus. The views of the mountains from the main floor make for a truly picturesque setting. Would definitely recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles if staying here in the winter, we could not have made it up to the house without it! Would be happy to stay here again on future trips!

Winter wonderland

if you staying in December YOU WILL NEED 4X4!!!!. SNOW AND ICE EVERYWHERE. Please prepare for lots of snow, the views were incredible, truly we had a white Christmas. Love the cabin and the views, works stay here again

Beautiful Breck

This property is large and well equipped for being comfortable during your stay. The outdoor areas are beautiful and were covered with snow which we enjoyed. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and the kitchen had all we needed and then some. The house is large so family members could spread out to read, watch a movie, play games. We had an awesome time and loved the location. Only recommendation is to add a second trash bin outdoors.

Loved it!

We loved the house, it was big enough for our multi family vacation. We had enough beds for all 12 of our guests and extras! The view was delightful and we managed to sneak out to watch the sunset from the hot tub!

Blue River Cabin

Everything was easy to access. Please take the 4wheel drive requirement seriously as it was very much needed! The hot tub was very nice, and overall the house was very nice as well. The heaters could've been explained a little more as downstairs was really odd trying to figure out how the heat actually worked.

Ski trip

the place is nice but most the beds had dirty sheets, stains in the comforters. Hot tub was nice! Maybe provide more towels next time. The driveway is interesting 4WD is a must like they say! House had plenty of pots/pans everything for cooking. Great view
