My partner and I stayed at this property for Oktoberfest and it was just perfect for us! Clean, centrally located, and quiet. We loved it and will likely come back!

Amazing Location and Lovely Stay

This condo was an incredible location - close to the center of town, ski rentals right next door, and a ski run bringing you directly across the street! The apartment was also a good size and gave us a good place to rest throughout the day.

Great location. Wished for an elevator after a day on the slopes but the price was worth the extra effort for these Midwestern lungs.

2025 Ski Trip

Amazing Location :) Shuttles are literally outside the building and run every 20 min to the lifts, and the 4-o'clock run goes right to the building. Downtown is simply the other side of the block so we didn't need to move our car once while we were there. Very clean and QUITE which was a big plus. We would stay again.

Perfect location

Perfect location to walk to all the downtown Breckinridge things. Everything was super clean! Beds were a little uncomfortable and there were three flights of stairs to get to the apartment but these are all minor issues....we had a great time!!!!!

Perfectly located, clean and comfy

Property was in the best location, and perfectly clean, comfortable and everything I needed. However the terrible lack of communication from the management company was the only disappointment: I had to chase constantly for arrival info, address and checkin details which I only received after my allowed checkin time, which was extremely stressful to someone travelling 32 hours to get there.

Amazing location!

The best part of this condo was the close proximity to Main Street, peak 9, and the gondolas to peak 7 & 8. Main Street was literally right behind the condo and peak 9 and the gondolas were within a 10 minute walk. If you don’t like walking the free bus stop was just across the street. The condo itself was cozy and perfect for my family of 3. Any question or concern we had was promptly handled by the owner. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was just perfect in every way! The location cannot be beat (I didn't have a clue about the town when we booked). Beautiful park and bridge steps outside to the middle of Main Street. Free shuttle to everywhere literally across the street, along with the ski-to-town 4o'clock slope outlet. This condo has multiple sets of plates and silverware so you aren't washing dishes every day. Boot/glove dryer was so nice! Owner was immediately responsive when we said it was too hot (there was a portable AC too which we used). Only thing was the futon/bunk bed was creaky so the tossing/turning at night woke us up. Otherwise it had every thing we needed (including coffee and filters!), location was prime, price was the best part. We were totally happy with this condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This time I was with a friend for snowboarding. So we didn't need a big place. This condo was the perfect choice. It is small, but comfortable, clean, and cozy. There is a ski boot dryer, a helpful instructions guide and even an A/C (I didn't use it, but it should come in hand during summer).The location is great. Only a short walk to Main St bars, restaurants and cafes.The condo is located in the 3rd floor and like most of the condos, you only have stairs. I don't think it's a big deal. Also the staff from Summit Mountain Rentals is great.Easy communication and always helpful.I recommend Summit Mountain Rentals. So far it always offer the best deals in Break.
