The condo was much larger than I expected and both the fold out couch mattress and Murphy bed mattress were so comfortable! We loved the spacious master bedroom and beautiful views. Access to the ski in/ski out area is priceless. Hot tubs have been upgraded since we stayed several years back and now there is plenty of room to relax after a long day of skiing

Very nice, quiet and clean condo in a perfect location for spending a few days in Breckenridge. The pool and hot tub area is newly remodeled and a great place to unwind at the end of the day. It's a nice perk to have underground parking with easy access to the condo via the elevator. All in all this is a wonderful place to stay and we would gladly return for another long weekend.

This is a great apartment for a weekend ski trip! I recently rented an apartment in Breckenridge for a weekend ski trip, and it was the perfect choice! The location couldn’t have been better – just a stone's throw away from the slopes, making it incredibly easy to hit the mountain each day. After skiing, I loved how close the apartment was to downtown Breckenridge, where I could explore great restaurants and shops. The building amenities were top-notch, with several jacuzzis that were perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Wendy, the owner, was fantastic – always responsive and attentive, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and relaxing getaway!

Convenience is Key!

Wow- is all I can say! Literally steps from ski rental, our favorite lifts and restaurants. Parking was so easy ( and we didn’t have to move our vehicle once), the kiddos loved the pool/hot tub/ game room area. This our 3rd trip to ski Breck and I will definitely be looking to rent at this location again .

Absolutely loved our stay at Wendy’s place. Such a great location to the slopes and town. The place was immaculate when we arrived. There were just two of us but the pull down queen bed came in handy with my husband’s snoring! He said it was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Rent this place if you can, you won’t be disappointed. We love this place.

We had stayed here before and the kids loved it, I love it. This place was very clean and Ms. Wendy is always, well always been available for questions. We are coming back in march but sadly it’s not available.This place is right in front of the ski slopes The Maggie, and close to everything.

Perfect Location

Our stay was very enjoyable. We've always wanted to stay in a Ski In / Ski Out location and this one was perfect. The lift for Peak 9 (Quicksilver Superchair) is about 50 ft away. The ski rental shops are right there when you walk out of the door of the building. The location in the neighborhood is also great. We were only 1 block from Main Street and walked all up and down the streets to do some shopping and find places to eat dinner.The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. It felt great being done with skiing and only having to walk a few feet to the building (unlike the rest of our group that had to drive or walk several blocks with all their ski equipment). We paid to park in the lot underneath the buildings. Felt secure and convenient. My only issue during our stay was that the heater in the condo produced really dry air, which in addition to the really high altitude did a number on my nose. Would be great if they had a humidifier (which I've never needed in my life but really wish I had one on that trip). Overall, we loved our stay there. Once we picked up our ski rentals (which took a while) we were ready to ski whenever we felt like it. From condo to lift was about 2 minutes.We would definitely stay there again.

Great property footsteps away from lifts, restaurants, and shops. The beds were comfortable, and the building had nice amenities. Hot tubs were great and everyone was very nice.

Great location and had everything we needed!

This is a great property and the location is absolutely excellent but we had a few complaints. 1. The front door sticks so badly that we struggled to get it open and then had to slam it to get it closed. Because it was so hard to push open, the keyless app got frustrating. 2. The girl working the front desk kept me (and others) waiting for up to 10 minutes while they handled phone calls. That is very frustrating when there is already a line of people waiting to check in at the same time! 3. The sofas in the living room could definitely use an upgrade.

Leadville 100 Ultra Run

Visited Breckenridge to watch our son participate in the Leadville race. The condo was at a great location to walk into town and to hike on the slopes and only 40 minutes from Leadville.
