Beautiful 2BR/2BA Park Place Condo - Great location

  • Perfect location - at the corner of Four O'Clock Road and Park Avenue - Park Place Condominium is one block from Main Street on the slope side of town, and only 800 feet (two blocks) from the Snowflake Lift. You can literally walk anywhere - Downtown restaurants, shops, clubs, and taverns, as well as the Ski Lift. If you don't want to walk, you can take the FREE local town shuttle bus - pickup is across the street. Just park at the condo and put your keys away - you won't need to drive!

    This spacious unit is approximately 1100 square feet, and contains two bedrooms and two baths arranged in two private suites. The private deck with gas grill overlooks the two on-site hot tubs. There is a new indoor/outdoor shared pool. Free WiFi included, 65-inch HDTV in the living room, 32-inch LCD TV's in each bedroom, and covered parking is available at no additional charge.

Amazing condo and perfect location. We loved our stay at Mara’s! So comfortable, clean and fully stocked. We had everything we needed for our family if 5 adults. Easy walk to Main Street. Mara was an awesome host and responded quickly to all messages. We would highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything with the unit was exactly as advertised. Mother Nature prevented the four o’clock run from being skiable, which was certainly a bummer.

We had a lovely stay! The condo was clean and well-kept. There was plenty of dishes and cooking utensils; we even cooked a nice steak dinner one night. Location is excellent; close to downtown and walking distance (or a short drive) to the gondola. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was our second time staying in this condo. Very clean and comfy furnishings. Mara is very easy to work with. Will definitely keep staying here when we visit the area.

Prime location

Everything was fantastic. Kitchen had all the essentials to cook in. Restaurants are walking distance if you want to eat out. Fireplace was awesome. Walking distance to slopes. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Property

This property was great. Super easy to get to slope and to town. I loved everything about it. Only complaint would be if neighbors upstairs are loud you can hear them walking around. I would bring earplugs and stay here. It was fantastic.

Within walking distance to everything!

This was an awesome place to stay. The biggest plus was that it was within walking distance to everything! Breck free ride is right across the street to get to any slopes, comes every 15 minutes. Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to eat in. Loved the steam shower, nice touch.

Breck

We had a great time in Breckenridge. I’m not sure we will ever go back during spring break though, it was very busy. Wait times were long everywhere you went.

Great condo with close proximity to restaurants and skiing.

Condo is perfect size for family and well appointed. Steam shower was nice after cold day of skiing along with boot area at entrance for quick warming of boots and jackets. Condo was in great condition and clean. Only small recommendation would be to add some blankets for couch area - weather was negative or around zero during our stay. Condo had good parking and close walk to great restaurants. Great place and would definitely recommend and return.

This condo was perfect! Plenty of room. Beds very comfortable. Fantastic steam shower.

We had a fantastic time. One of our members was very sick and appreciated. Kleenex boxes in every corner of the condo. we enjoy card games at the dining table and the hot tub’s work good. The only downside we saw or I should say heard were the people above us who walked loudly constantly day and night. would highly recommend coming back to the same condo.

Breckenridge Summer Getaway

Property was excellent and just as described. Was nice to have the hot tubs adjacent to the unit. There was an active maintenance crew looking at hot tubs and pools and everything was working and clean. Parking was easy directly under the units. The walk to the pool was enjoyable and short (approx 3 mins). The only issue we had was the floors creaked a lot and we could easily hear the walkers above during the night. The location is wonderful and right accross the street from the area where kids play on the rocks in the stream. Unit was clean and perfect for a family of 2 adults 3 kids! Would stay here again.

Great condo

The condo was as described and in close proximity to town and lifts. The walk to snowflake lift is uphill but not too far. The good news is there is a shuttle across the street that is a 30 second ride up the hill. We walked to Quiksilver lift one morning. Also, not a bad walk and it’s flat so no complaining from the kids. Nice perk was the steam shower. Utilized this every day. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking in. Beds were comfy and each room had its own thermostat. Great for those (me) who like it cold to sleep. Great condo!! Would stay again if in Breck.

Great location!

This property did not disappoint, it was very clean and had anything and everything you could think of. The kitchen lacked nothing in terms of appliances, there were humidifiers for the bedrooms, board games and playing cards for the day that it snowed too much for our FL blood, and when we asked if there was a pack n play for our daughter they were able to accommodate by bringing one up for us. We LOVED the steam shower after each day of skiing. Our only issue was the floor above us. It sounds like that unit doesn’t have carpet, so you hear every footstep. I think we just got unlucky with a group of kids who didn’t know how to be polite, but even the next family that checked in was quieter, but we still heard them very frequently which was hard with the baby.

Fantastic Condo in Breckenridge

Our family of five stayed here for a long weekend. Mara was very quick to respond and answer all of our questions. The condo is extremely clean and has everything we needed during our stay. The condo is so cozy to come back to after a long day of skiing. The location was amazing! You are one block from Main Street in Breckenridge. The ice sculpting contest was right across the street from the condo and we loved being so close to downtown. We skied several of the days we stayed here and the condo was extremely convenient. We rented our ski gear from Christy's which is directly across the street from the condo. We would walk 40 yards up 4 O'Clock Rd. to the free shuttle and take the shuttle up to the Snowflake lift and never had to wait in line at that lift to get on the slopes. We would take the 4 O'Clock run home for lunch and at the end of the day. Watch for the Park Place sign on the slopes and then walk across the street to the condo. Honestly, our entire family (kids, teenagers and adults) loved this condo. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic place, centrally located, well appointed!

Arrived Christmas 2024. Was worried about parking, but there's enough there to support the building. There's a spot up front for load/unload which was helpful.Bedrooms were separate from the living room - each bedroom has a walk in area with vanity, and an additional separate door to the bedroom. The mattresses were great and super comfy. Living Room has 2 great leather couches and two nice wooden tables. The TV was BIG, which was nice to have when watching football. Cable package had everything you'd expect. Porch was nice - bigger than I've come to expect at rentals like this in ski towns. Kitchen was well appointed. I always worry about having enough cookware, flatware, etc., but this unit didn't have any of those issues. More than enough silverware, plates, coffee mugs, glasses, and most importantly (and what I have seen many VRBO owners miss) there was more than enough cookware - skillets, pots, pans, spatulas, spoons, etc. I never struggled to find what I needed.The dining area was spacious and has 8 chairs around the table and two more at the kitchen counter. More than you'd ever need given the size of the unit.Communication was effective. Parking passes mailed weeks ahead of time. Great check in/check out instructions. Location - couldn't be better. Walkable to Main St. - 2 blocks. Snowflake lift is a short 2-3 block uphill hike away, but there's also the free bus right there that will deliver you to the lift.Would book again no doubt!

Pleasant Breck Ski Trip, a few minor quirks

Nice nice stay at Park Place the condo met our family’s (two parents, kids age 12 and 7), needs, the owners were responsive prior to and during our visit. The pantry and kitchen are well appointed (e.g. spices, blender, paper towels, ample cooking/dishware and sitting room.) Everything worked well with the exception of the freezer ice maker. Extremely convenient to downtown Breck, (we walked to town everyday); “relatively” convenient to the ski hill, but not necessarily walkable for families with kids. To snowflake lift, it’s an uphill walk of about .25 miles, no big deal for adults carrying equipment, but with younger kids it’s difficult. My wife is a rare skier, so she drove us in the rental car most days, and the other time we took the shuttle, which was convenient and across the street. I would say if your kids are under teenage years, take the shuttle or have someone drive to the lifts. Onsite parking was ample, and there were both outside + covered options. The building doesn't have an elevator, but stairs are covered. A few additional things: -Owners don’t provide shampoo/conditioner, we did find under the vanities, but they appeared old but serviceable. Recco bringing your own. Bar/hand soap is provided. - The top sheets in the king bed bedroom conduct a lot static electricity to the point where we took them off and just used the comforter. No biggie but recco replacing. -steam shower is great, same with water pressure. -TVs and internet worked great too.

Excellent Rental

This condo was perfect for our family! Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location is the best for catching a bus up the hill to Snowflake lift and then you can ski down Four OClock run to get back to the condo. Also great for walking down to Main Street. Mara was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, Location, Location

Great location for everything! Skiing, Walking to downtown Breck restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to Vail. Parking was convenient. Would have given 5 stars for cleanliness except there were crumbs in multiple utensil drawers and a lint pile on the counter of the master bedroom bath. I am a bit of a clean freak, so these things bothered me. They might not bother you. Mara was super communicative when I had questions. Check out process easier than many VRBO's we have stayed at. I would stay here again.

Great location

Condo was 2 blocks to Snowflake lift uphill, doable for sure. Ski back via 4 O'Clock run to Snowflake was easily marked to get back. Condo was well stocked. Great space. Perfect for 3-4 adults, but bunk beds in Queen room great if traveling with kids. Easy walk to town for shopping and eating. Check in was a piece of cake. Definitely recommend this condo.
