Base Camp Breckenridge is a 5-bedroom, 4-bath mountain home at about 9,600 feet, built for families and groups who want to spend their days outside. You can see the lifts on Peak 9 and 10 from the house, the trails start minutes from the door, and the free shuttle into town is a 5-minute drive from the Ice Rink.

After a big day, soak in the private hot tub, light the wood stove, or let the kids burn off energy on the indoor climbing wall. Sleeps 10. Up to 2 dogs welcome.

THE HOUSE
Base Camp Breckenridge is a spacious mountain home set up for groups who come to Breckenridge to be outside. Ski, climb, hike, bike, sit by the fire, or walk to Aspen Alley, the ice rink and the Troll. There's room for everyone: a full kitchen upstairs, a kitchenette downstairs, and enough gear storage to handle a serious crew.

UPSTAIRS – MAIN LIVING
The main floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room centered around a wood-burning stove. Big windows look out into the aspen forest. The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking after a long day outside. The large deck off the main floor has a gas grill and a gas fire pit.

DOWNSTAIRS
The lower level has its own kitchenette, a living area with a large-screen TV, and three of the bedrooms. It works as a self-contained suite: perfect for families who want a separate space for the kids, or groups who want a bit of independence.

BEDROOMS
Upstairs: the private primary suite with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, soaking tub and smart toilet), plus a Full bedroom.
Downstairs: two Queen rooms and a bunk room with twin bunks, great for kids or bigger groups.

BATHROOMS
The primary bath has a soaking tub with a mountain view, a walk-in shower and a smart toilet. The other three bathrooms each have a tub/shower combo. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are in every bathroom, and fresh towels are set out in each room.

OUTSIDE
A private hot tub for up to 8, the deck with its gas grill and gas fire pit, and the aspen forest all around. Trails start a 2-minute walk from the door.

DOGS
We love dogs and welcome up to two well-behaved pups (pet fee applies). Please keep dogs off furniture and beds, and clean up after them on the property. Trails nearby, including Aspen Alley, are within a 10-minute walk and are fantastic for dogs.
