We enjoyed this home. It met our needs and allowed for the space our needed to spread out and come together! The hostess was amazing and very accommodating. There’s currently construction near the home but the stay was still impressive, pleasant and enjoyable. The kitchen is filled with all the amenities needed to prepare good meals. The house was very clean! Our children enjoyed the game room and outdoor space. This was the perfect home for families that want to spend quality time together!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it works well for our large family.The house is great and well supplied.Jane is easy to work with and responds immediately to any issues.The only negative is the construction going on behind the house.A little noisy and the construction makes it more difficult to get to gondolas and the epic area. Hopefully, it will be completed soon.

Very beautiful home had great access for snowboarding. Plenty of room for all 10 of us had something for all of us! Host was amazing and very responsive. Would 100% stay again!

We loved the house! The layout allowed our group to spread out in the many bedrooms and come together in the large living/dining area. The house is well-stocked with dishes and pans, paper and clothes washing products, and bedding. Although it is out of the owner's control, construction on the new condo project did detract from the ambience of the location. The trucks started up at 7:00 every morning except Sunday.

Amazing spaces to enjoy family

We had a family reunion with kids and grandkids for five wonderful days. The house is located in a beautiful location and so close to the activities on the mountain!

The house was equipped with any and all amenities. Not far walk to peak 8, very clean. Wish there was more snow but tbat is a mother nature issue.

Great ski in/out location on green slope near base of Peak 8. Convenient to base area, cross country skiing, and town. Home was as advertised: nicely configured, well-maintained, clean, and very well equipped. Everything we needed was always already there. Structure of home made it easy to both gather together and to find quiet. Host Jane Hamilton was thoughtful, a great communicator, and very responsive to requests.

PERFECTION!

We have stayed at several large ski homes all over the US and this was by far the best! Perfect layout for a large group, super easy to ski-in/out, clean and well stocked. Working with Jane was great and everyone in the group said they want to go back to Breckenridge just so they can stay in the house again.

Timbers Lodge is amazing

Ski vacation was amazing here. Lots of space for everyone, plenty of bathrooms, place for ski stuff, ski in and out, but the icing on the cake is a property manager that cares and is prompt to tend to anything. It was a great experience for our group from start to finish.

Our Thanksgiving week stay was perfect for our group of 12! Jane was an amazing host, and the house was more than adequately equipped to prepare meals and enjoy some great scenery and early-season skiing! The space is very well laid out, with plenty of room to spread out and gather for games and relaxation. Even with a slow start to the ski season at Breckenridge, we were able to access trails so easily, and the location couldn't be more perfect. We will return for sure!

Greatest Ski Trip

Absolutely perfect!

The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. Ski in/ski out was great. Our host, Jane, was fabulous. So communicative and friendly. We had a wonderful family vacation hitting the weather and snow perfectly!

Awesome experience

Everyone in our group raved about the house and how perfectly it met our needs. Two dishwashers for our large group of 9 couples was such a great amenity. Highly recommend this home as a getaway.

Breckinridge week

This home was perfect for our family of 13. There was plenty of space for everyone to spend time together yet enough for everyone to have their own space. We would certainly use this home as a base for another week long stay in Breckenridge.

Wonderful family trip in beautiful Colorado location!

Large, lovely home with more than enough space for all 18 of us. Well stocked with everything you would want or need. Centrally located for all the day trips we planned. Thanks to owner Jane Hamilton for her informative and useful guidance with area events/activities.

Dreams can come true!

We wanted to find a place where our entire family (17 in all) could gather and celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We chose Breckenridge and then found Jane's Timbers Lodge. It was a perfect fit. Thank you Jane for your attention to detail and great communication. We will be sharing memories of our stay for years to come.

Amazing home for our large group

Jane’s Timber Lodge was an incredible place to call home for the week for our group of 16. The ski in/ski out was perfection and truly made our ski trip as easy and enjoyable as possible. With 10 adults and 6 young kids, there was plenty of rooms, beds, space to play. The amenities were over the top even with a warm meal awaiting our arrival the first day. We are already looking into dates to come back!
