Hosts were very responsive and the kitchen was well stocked. The mattresses on some of the beds were not very good and most of the dressers were broken so when you pulled the drawer out they fell out. The comforters were old and shabby looking. We did not know there was no elevator and that we would be staying on the third floor. This was a bit of a hassle when loading ski’s, groceries, etc.

Simple and close to downtown

The condo was clean, and spacious! Close to walk to everything. The only issue is parking if you have multiple guests with cars. We made it work but a bit of trek to walk to get the cars.

Nice place, could use some updates

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location. Master mattress and plumbing fixtures could use some updates. We got the fireplace to work after some effort but couldn't get the cover on, could be easier to use.

Great location in Breckenridge

We loved this location in Breckenridge. The shuttle stops right in front of the condo to take you to ski hill. And you can walk to town. The condo however needs a bit of maintenance. The fireplace did not work and they could not get someone there to fix it. Also one of the showers was non-functioning and our fridge kept popping open and getting water on the floor. Hopefully they can remedy these things!

Pros: plenty of hot water. Good amount of space. Comfortable.Cons: Dated. Cabinets etc are old and need of repair. Bathrooms dated. All in all. Solid choice.

Nice place great management company

3rd floor with no elevator was cumbersome. Could use a couple more towels with no in house laundry and four floors down to community waher dryer .But overall great location and clean unit management very resposive and accommodating

Quick vacation

Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable living room. Beds were not the greatest, but not terrible. Slept fine being tired from skiing. Underground parking was convenient, but often full. Would stay here again.

Quick Trip in Breck

Overall, property ended up working out perfectly. Condo is very large and having 3 full bathrooms was key. Property is dated but we were there for the outdoors not the indoors. Only having one parking spot made it a little tricky as the only overnight parking in Breck is down at the Airport lot - and if you forget to renew, the fine is $75.00. For the price point, I would recommend if you want a relatively affordable place to stay.

Great location and space

The property was in a great location and was in walking distance to Main Street. Clean and easy check in and check out. Bus stop in front of the property for bus access to the gondola. Would recommend!

Great Location

This property served as an excellent home base for our party of nine. Breckenridge shuttle stops in front of the Condo and drops you off at the Gondola in 10 minutes. 5 minute walk to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Solid spot

Enjoyed our stay. Nice place that had everything we needed. Elevator to third floor would have been nice. Also, electronic door locks would have been good instead of trudging to and from rental office. Overall nice place.

Easy walk to downtown!

Great location for an easy walk downtown. The shuttle picks you up right outside the property. The third floor is a bit of a trek though carrying skis and snowboard gear. Overall great experience

Good place for Spring Break Ski Trip

This place had everything we needed for a nice spring break getaway. We only had 5 of us, so there was more than enough rooms, beds, and bathrooms for our stay. Although well documented, the 3rd floor condo access almost did us in. We are not used to the altitude, so that was a shock to us. We did use the included humidifiers at night and that was nice. The garage was a nice feature that enabled us to park inside and out of the weather. There was not a BBQ grill on the condo's patio as indicated in the description. There is a shared hot tub, but we did not use it. As for the location, it is perfect for the public transportation to get to the ski lifts. It is on the Blue route which will either drop you off at the Beaver Run area or Village or it goes north to the Gondola. Overall, we were happy with the place and it provided what we needed.

Bday Weekend Getaway for my Son & Friends

It was exactly as pictured on the site. There were 2 adults and 7 teenagers. There was a mix of boys and girls. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. It was a very convenient walk to downtown Breck and the lift on Peak 9. Only wish there was a washer/dryer in the unit itself, but there was one available in the building. Overall it was a great experience!
