Great stay for 2. Awesome location right next to the slopes and easy to ski in from 4 O’Clock. Room was warm, clean, and comfortable. Plus the amenities are awesome. Affordable and great for young people!

We really liked the location to downtown and the ability to walk. The coffee situation could have been better with a Keurig and pods, better shampoo and conditioner options. The room was cozy and good for a couple.

Mid Week Getaway

We were super happy with our stay. The room was perfect for myself and my significant other. Main street is about a 10 minute walk from where we stayed which was convenient since we did not have a car. Overall, the place was very affordable and perfect for two people!

Great stay

Great location right by town and gondola. Can ski in basically. Small place can fit 4 comfortably. Hot tub and lobby were a big plus!

Everything was ready when we arrived. It was clean and close to downtown Breckenridge. They communicated very well with me before and during my stay which was awesome. Highly recommended!

Excellent Location and affordable

Nestled in trees, short walk to Snowflake Lift, short walk to town . Spacious rustic common areas with indoor firepit, compliments the Studio apartment. We will stay again! Thank you!

While the place was nice and as described, there was a power outage that took a while to be resolved (impacting refrigeration and the water quality). That wasn't the responsibility of the owners, of course, but it did effect the quality of my stay,

Just what we needed

The condo was very convenient to the South Gondola parking structure where we met the shuttle to Quandary Peak - our first 14er! The room was comfortable. It was obvious that it’s focused on winter skiers because there was no air conditioning for our unseasonably warm days. The hot tub was a great bonus after our long climb, and the close proximity to town made it convenient to walk to restaurants and brewpubs.

Our room/building was close to everything. The kitchenette had everything except the food! The beds and pillows and sofa bed were comfortable and we had no issues. Not as small as people make it out to be. It was a room with max occupancy for 4 and it fit my family of 4 quite nicely.

Easy walk to main st. Clean hot tub area to relaxCute rec area to play pool or sit by the fire.Easy check in and check out.Only thing I didn't care for was the knives in the 3rd drawer which could be accessed by a child. So I put the tray on the fridge while there. I feel like a big cutting board or something could be put over the sink for extra counter space and more than 2 bath towels for a room for 4.Overall, will definitely stay again when/if we come back again.

There is a small kitchen and a bed and a couch. The only issue is that the walls are super thin so you hear everything the people above and on either side of you are doing/saying. So if you are looking for privacy that might be an issue. But otherwise, it is a really good option in Breckenridge.

Reviewer Comments: There were holes in the walls, tiles were broken and cracked on the floor and the shower drain was soo slow that our showers had to be cut extremely short. They did send someone to fix the drain. The beds were horrible and uncomfortable.

Despite the great location and room I won’t be booking again because the walls are paper thin. I could hear people in the next room talking at a normal volume and the people above us. They supplied ear plugs but it wasn’t enough. Plus that makes having a romantic night uncomfortable.

Great skiing

Breckenridge was fantastic. The property is well located, clean and well managed. The only down side is that you can hear people walking and talking in units above and around yours.

Quiet, cozy and close to everything!

You can walk anywhere from here. I wish the parking situation was more spacious, but understand why its so limited in the area. The Office staff was very friendly and helpful when we called to inquire about parking. The other tenants in the shared space were also very kind and it made the stay even better.
