Great home base for a family reunion!

Our large family was able to stay together at this house! It is in a beautiful location! There was space for everyone to sleep comfortably. We especially enjoyed the kitchen that was nicely stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. The two dishwashers and garbage stations was very nice! It was a lovely place to gather and visit. Thank you!

Thanksgiving 2017

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was wonderful in every way. It was hard to say goodbye! We could tell the home is very well attended to. It was very clean and simply decorated which is what a rental home should be. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to add a humidifier in each bedroom. We all did get a few static shocks. Also..the kitchen was so well stocked and we didn't lack for anything for our Thanksgiving dinner! I would only suggest a new coffee maker because it starts to brew immediately after pouring the water in (before you turn it on). Part of the top seems to be broken as well. Otherwise, it was fantastic!

There was plenty of room for everyone, the deck and hottub were great, and getting to town was just a short drive (we walked it during the day once too)

The Best Experience we ever had. Period.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay as a large family group multiple times a year in various locations and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. House was super clean and entire process was very easy. Communication was A+. Main reason of my review is how little things were though out by Paragon Lodging. From extra fans, extension cords, batteries (in case needed), extra towels for hot tub, cabinets full of kitchen stuff including spices, multiple type of coffee makers, all of maintenance stuff like plungers etc.... I think the most impressive part for me was how small little details were noted and made sure we didnt have to go out to get them. Now about the Home itself. It is Beautiful. Really nice Patio. Wide open Windows. Enough seating and sleeping arrangements.

Awesome!

This home is beautiful and spacious allowing privacy for all. The kitchen has everything for cooking including spices. Things in the house will keep kids busy but there is no yard space and there are LOTS of stairs so be aware of that. Love the location, it’s so close to everything and the communication with Paragon was excellent. The only negative we had was parking in downtown Breckenridge, it seems there could be more however, there is a free shuttle. Also if cleanliness is your thing, rent this home! We had so much fun but the elevation was a killer for us sea level dwellers!

Great house. Perfect for bigger groups.

We used it for a long weekend golf trip and it was perfect. Everything was well stocked. Bedrooms were plentiful and the shuffleboard table works well. Plenty of extra powder to keep it rolling. Thanks again and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Perfect Ski Vacation

It was cozy yet beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room for all 16 of us. The owners thought of everything - 2 dishwashers and 2 sets of washers/dryers were a huge convenience for the amount of people staying at the house. I highly recommend renting this house - you will not be disappointed! The staff at paragon lodging were absolutely wonderful as well!

Incredible Breckenridge Mountain House rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this stunning home! The house was immaculate and luxuriously appointed. The kitchen had everything! The view was stunning, and there was space for everyone, with a layout that allowed for privacy. We all fell in love with this house, and said we would love to have it for our own- it felt like home. The location was five minutes from the slopes and downtown, very convenient. We loved how the garage and mud-room were perfectly designed for storing all of our boots and equipment, with great places to take off our shoes! The fireplaces and radiant heat floors made this a super cozy house. Only drawbacks- need higher quality paper products and would be great to offer maid service!

A Grand Vacation in the Grand Vista Lodge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had grandparents, their children and grandchildren (teens) together for five days at the Grand Vista Lodge. The property met our needs very well---7 teens and 8 adults. Paragon was responsive to any issues (minor) we had and it was a wonderful property for 15 persons. We loved the kitchen and the beautiful views!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Modern style home. Best suited for 14-16 people max although seating in living room and dining limited to 10. Insufficient hot water - only two showers / baths before you run out (even though there are six bathrooms). Shuttle service requires lots of notice (>12 hours) during peak times. A single refrigerator is limiting for large groups.
