The condo was filthy!!!!!!!!!!The carpet – the oven the furniture were filthy!!!Window coverings were shabby - worn-out!The shower head was like taking a shower with a high PSI power washer – it hurt the skin!The bedroom window was broken – would not open and it was not seal properly.Bedroom lamp was broken – the kitchen counter tiles were missing.Then Saturday morning we left the condo and returned home because the wildfire smoke in the area filled the condo – we notify the front desk about leaving and they said they could do nothing to help us!!!!The place is a dump!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND WE GOT SCREWED OUT OF THE COST OF 2 NIGHTS!!!!!!

Love Breck this time of year

Every year we come to Breck for the summer we make sure to stay in the Main St Station location. It’s got great access to shopping, food and activities. The condo has everything you could need for preparing meals in the kitchen and relaxing in the living room (cable tv and Wi-Fi) when you need some recharge time.

The condo itself was nice with a mountain vibe decor. The decor could use some updating but it was more than sufficient. My only complaint is the late check in time (4:30/5 pm) and earlier than usual checkout time (10 AM). I will search for an earlier check in time when I stay in the keystone area next.

Pros and cons here

First, the pros.Liked the location -- very close to everything in town. The walk to the lift is not bad, especially after you find the path by the lake that avoids the plaza steps.Of course, the biggest draw here is the bathtub. Probably, the largest I've ever seen. Definitely a strong plus.The unit has a ton of space for two people and the fireplace is nice. It's good to see the mountains out of the window, although the view is very partial because of the other building across the creek.Now the cons.The kitchen is very basic with cheap outdated utensils. In fact, pretty much everything in the unit is dated and the unit feels dark. The kitchen space was not very well cleaned when we arrived, with some crumbs on the floor.None of that would've been a complete show-stopper, if not for the animal smell in the unit. Seems like some pet accidents happened on the old carpet. You kind-of do get used to it after some time, but then it hits you anew once you leave and then come back to the unit.

Great location BUT…

Pros: location, cleanliness, comfortable bed. Cons: As there was no air conditioning, we had to open all the windows BUT then it was very noisy. Garbage and delivery trucks in the alley. The river rushing was very loud, not pleasant. When I asked ahead of time if there was a blender in the kitchen, I was told no. Upon arrival, I see a blender sitting on the counter. Bummed because I didn’t bring my breakfast smoothie stuff.

Great Property

Very nice property at the end of Main Street. It is a short walk to the ski lift as well as the restaraunts on main street, The unit is pretty roomy, with lots of storage. The pool and hot tub are a long walk through a public area from the unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place and great location

Nice place and great location. Heat didn’t work well and it was too hot in the bedroom - had to keep a window open. Clean but also smelled like mold in the bathroom. Replace the toilet seat for goodness sake - how inexpensive could that be considering the high usage of the seat. Property manager didn’t respond to my question (sent days before the stay) until the last day of my stay. This place is all about location with everything else being “good enough”

Great location to activities and restaurants

Clean condo with a small porch overlooking the river. Bed was comfortable. This location is great because it is so close to everything and you have a dedicated parking space. You can walk to the grocery store, shops, and dining in a matter of minutes. Only thing that would make it better would be a more comfortable sofa to sit on but, most sleeper sofas aren't that comfortable, so it wasn't a deal breaker. We would stay again.

Amazing stay

The property looked exactly like the picture; it was clean . the location was close to everything . we didn't need a rental car because all the restaurants and stores were in walking distance . and when it came down to making our way to the peaks , we used the free bus transportation .
