Top Floor Condo W/Covered Deck; Hot Tubs; On Main.

  • 3 bedroom/3 bathroom 1400 sqft top floor condo walkable to downtown Breck, the Troll, Cart Park sledding hill and base of Peak 9. 1400sqft on 1 level features full kitchen, gas fireplace and dining area. Vaulted ceilings throughout. Large covered private deck w/dining table. All bedrooms have an attached bath. In-unit laundry. Detached 1 car heated garage. Access to outdoor pool/hot tubs, gym, steam room. Near troll trail and playground. Onsite hot tub next to the building.

    The space
    • Living room with gas fireplace, sofa and three arm chairs
    • Dining area with 8 chairs.
    • Full kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve a meal plus breakfast bar with 4 barstools.
    • Master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom with shower, separate tub and double vanity.
    • Second bedroom with queen bed and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.
    • Third bedroom with bunk bed plus trundle (twin on top, full on bottom, twin pull-out trundle underneath) and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.
    • In-unit washer/dryer.

    Outdoor Space:
    • Covered deck with table and chairs.

    Occupancy Limit: 8 guests
    Parking Limit: 1 car in private garage, availability to park 1 other car in the outdoor guest spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis (not guaranteed). Additional cars may be parked across the street at the Ice Rink Lot (paid overnight parking). Oversize vehicles must park at the Airport Road overnight pay lot.

    Building and Amenities:
    • Detached one car heated garage.
    • 2 onsite outdoor hot tubs.
    • Access to Main Street Station amenities: Large outdoor heated pool*, seven hot tubs, fitness center and steam room. *The main pool area will be closed for repairs and refurbishment starting May 11th, 2026. Lasting roughly six weeks. During this time, owners and guests are able to stop by the front desk to check out a key for use of the pool at our neighboring property, the Village at Breck.
    • Charter Sports in Main Street Station will provide complimentary overnight ski valet so you do not have to carry your equipment back to the condo. Located in Main Street Station (near the base of Peak 9). They are open 8am-7pm until the last couple weeks of the season.

    Location:
    • Located on Main Street and only a short walk to shops and restaurants in La Cima Mall.
    • Across the street from the Ice Rink and Train Playground Park, great for kids in the summer an winter.
    • Walk from the condo to the Troll Trail to see the famous Isak Heartstone wooden troll created by a Danish artist.
    • Carter Park free sledding hill is just a couple blocks away and walkable.
    • Ski slope access: The closest lift to this property is the Quicksilver Lift at the Base of Peak 9*, in the Village, about a 10-15 minute walk. The other option is to take the bus that stops directly in front of the unit and take it two stops. It'll stop across the street from the Village and it is just a short walk to the Quicksilver lift from there. The bus will also continue on to the Gondola which goes to the base of Peak 7 and 8. *Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.

    Provided Items:
    • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
    • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
    • There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
    • Hot tub towels are provided.

    Other things to note
    » The minimum age of the primary renter must be 25.
    » Maximum occupancy (10) cannot be exceeded at any time.
    » There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
    » Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
    » There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
    » This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
    » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
    » Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
    » Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
    » Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Great Place

Great location next to Breck Brewery. Easy to walk to Main St restaurants and bars. Ski valet at Charter Sports was easy to get to and awesome that they also stowed your ski boots overnight. Would stay here again.

Great location, convenient layout!

Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom is a huge plus. Also, many items were included in the stay that helped to make a good experience. (plenty of tissues, TP, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, coffee, filters, etc.) Host was very kind and responsive. Great stay!

Fantastic experience

Unit was ideally located walking distance to everything. Shower was a little temperamental with fluctuating temps. Unit could use an update to 2020’s buildouts. Overall we enjoyed the property very much and would stay here again

Spring break stay

Good experience. Close to Peak 9, but lines are long during spring break so it’s worth taking the shuttle to Beaver Run for shorter wait times. Property manager was very responsive. Note you must request humidifiers for your stay. Mattresses in bunk room need to be cleaned and mattress covers should be added.

Everything was perfect except it was difficult to walk into town because the four lanes of traffic that we had to go across carrying our skis, etc. was not fun

Solid place

Great condo - bathroom for every bedroom is great, and the heated garage is also nice for storing equipment and having a reasonably warm car in the winter. We fit an Expedition XL with a ski rack in it without much trouble, so anything this side of a Hummer shouldn’t be an issue. Having basic needs like trash bags, soap/shampoo, etc is a really nice and underrated touch. Quicksilver lift is maybe .25mi — bus stop right outside the development if you want to go further into town. Maybe .5 mi to the market in the center of town, so walkable if you’re not carrying too much. Bunch of restaurants and bars very nearby. Quiet development — we were three dads with 6-8yr old kids and it was great for them. Community hot tubs right behind the garage were nice. I think you get access to a larger hot tub and gym near the quicksilver base, but we didn’t bother. Would return and recomend to others.
