    La casa tiene 3 niveles, el primer nivel tiene garaje, entrada, dormitorio con litera de tamaño completo en la parte inferior y cama individual en la parte superior, baño completo, puerta corrediza de vidrio a la terraza pequeña, lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo.
    El segundo nivel tiene cocina completa con todo lo que necesita para preparar excelentes comidas. Mesa de cocina con 8 asientos cómodos, hemos exprimido 12. Puerta corrediza de vidrio al balcón con nueva parrilla de gas de 4 quemadores. Sala de estar con chimenea de gas y TV de alta definición con 2 bonitos sofás y una silla. Otra gran terraza de la sala de estar con mesa y sillas para disfrutar del aire fresco. Medio baño fuera de la sala de estar.
    3er nivel tiene el dormitorio principal y baño como se describe anteriormente con TV. 2do dormitorio tiene cama matrimonial y baño completo.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s townhome. Very clean and all the comforts one would wish for. Kevin responded to my questions immediately which I appreciated.

The home is conveniently located to the slopes and Main St. Our rooms were comfortable and we felt right at home. Kevin quickly responded to messages and made sure all my questions were answered. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from Peak 9The place was very comfortable and clean. It has everything and more of what we needed. Kevin was a great host and communication was great. I’m looking forward to be back.

Perfect lodge for a winter getaway

A nice accommodation with everything you would need for a trip to mountains. It’s a short walk to the quicksilver lift and the hot tubs on site were a nice luxury.

Was a very comfortable stay for 4 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen was well stocked with all that you need for meals - plus the gas grill. Condo was clean with lots of towels. Hot tubs and lift nearby was a definite plus!

Great Place and Location!

We had a wonderful time at Kevin's place. It was clean, and had all the amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and you can tell their home is well loved. We felt right at home, and we loved the location! We 100% would stay here again.

Peak9 Great Location

If your looking for a home feel with the amenities of a ski in/ski out this is the spot! Easily accommodates multiple couples, and plenty of room to spread out. This condo is in a great location for easy access to peak 9! I have stayed here twice, and I would highly recommend!

fantastic ski trip

We had the most amazing ski trip, incredible snow conditions. The house worked well for us, very comfortable and just a stroll away from the lifts. would certainly use again.

Ski trip

Nice sized property for 4 people. Close to the Freeride stop or a short walk to the base of peak 9. Clean and well furbished.

The check-in process was easy. We received an email from the host with details about the condo and password for the electronic door key. And we were able to check in 2 hours early which was much appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast early each morning and other meals throughout our stay.

2020 Ski trio

This Townhouse was in the perfect location for a walk to ski lifts and close enough to town for a short walk. The house was very home like and all you needed was provided. Would recommend this house to anyone staying in Breck! Kevin was always available if needed. Thanks Tom

Nice property

Good clean townhouse with nice amount of room. And nice fireplace. A bit of a hike to lift. Make sure to look for cut through at charter sports. Walking distance to town which was nice.

Great location & nice amenities for spring break!

Comfortable stay for 3-4 adults + 1 kiddo for a spring break ski-cation. Kitchen was nicely stocked and 2 parking spots was convenient. Easy 10 min walk to Peak 9 base for those who need to pickup rentals or ski/snowboard school and to main street. We had problems with the hot tub code, but that may have been an HOA issue. We'd stay here again!

Great house and good location

Great house, it was great to have a garage, especially as it snowed while we were there. About a 10 minute walk to slopes, a little long carrying your equipment, but if you stay for multiple days, you can check your skiis at the slopes and then the walk wasn't bad

Great Ski Condo

The condo worked out very well for my group and Kevin was very responsive. It was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. It's about a 10 minute walk to the lift, and definitely far better than driving. The hot tub is not quite walkable in a bathing suit in cold weather, we wound up driving there. Overall great experience and I would stay here again.

A fantastic place to be after a long day skiing.

The house is a wonderful place to be after a long day skiing. There was plenty space for us to relax and enjoy the evening an we cooked several meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Getting a glimpse of a snow covered peak in the distance from the living room first thing in the morning is a great way to start the day! The home is convenient to the slope but it is a little bit of a walk loaded up with ski gear. If we get back to Breckinridge I hope this place is available to stay in again. Highly recommended.
