"We loved staying at Beaver Run! The amenities are awesome and the ski in/ski out is perfect. The ski lockers in bldg 4 (where this condo is) are literally just a few feet from the slope and the Beaver Run lift to the top of Peak 9. This condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room for a family (mom and 2 kids). The kitchen is small, but had everything we needed to cook full breakfasts and dinners. "My fiancé and I had a quiet ski weekend stay at this cozy cabin. Our flight to CO got significantly delayed so we didn't end up arriving to the cabin until 3 in the morning. Thankfully check in was so smooth and the bed set up was quick. It got a little cold at night but the next day we used the fireplace and one log kept us warm. Location can't be beat! Short walk to the lift and at the end of the day we skied right up to the back of the condo."

This house is located just 5 min walk from peak 8 lifts and gondola, 3 min drive from grocery store and Breck town, it was great I could drop my kids at the ski school and get back in 1 min to have breakfast before go skiing. "This condo was perfect for what we needed it for. We wanted a place close by to skiing. We loved coming back and pushing a button to have a fire and relaxing in front of the TV. The kitchen had what we needed. The bathroom was nice. Overall, not luxury but very functional and comfortable. The only negative was that we could hear the people in the condo above walking around. It was loud enough that it woke us up a couple of times. Other than that (put on white noise maybe), I would recommend."

"I wanted a TRUE ski in/out location. YES this was! I liked the 2 separate locations of Bathrooms to prepare for day. One had toilet and the other shower/tub. Both with sinks!
