We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Mark and Sue’s beautiful gîte for two months, and it was nothing short of exceptional. They thought of **everything**—fresh towels, bed linen, kitchen essentials, high-speed WiFi, and even a TV to make our stay as comfortable as possible. While organizing the purchase of our new home just minutes away, their kindness and local knowledge were invaluable. From helpful tips on navigating life in Pays de la Loire to lending us a tyre pump (who knew garages in France don’t have them?), they truly went above and beyond. Their stunning outdoor space became a place of relaxation, where they graciously invited us for drinks and introduced us to their neighbor, who also shared fantastic recommendations. Our **dog loved the outdoor area**, and we adored the peaceful, secluded atmosphere with lush greenery and vibrant flowers. What made our stay truly special was how **Mark and Sue struck the perfect balance**—giving us space to do our own thing while always being there when needed. We felt cozy, comfortable, and safe throughout. If you’re looking for a **quiet, private retreat with wonderful hosts**, we **wholeheartedly recommend** staying here.
