"This is a beautiful home in a picturesque setting. We ended up spending a lot of our time relaxing on the back porch just enjoying the view and bird watching. The interior is great, well decorated and very comfortable to cook, eat snd relax. Our first thought upon entry was the house was even prettier than the pictures"

"Getting into the house was easy. Finding the place was not too bad. I was mistaken on the layout of the place and my mother is elderly. She had a little trouble with the stairs. No fault of the property or owners. The house was nice and it did have a basketball game and pool table. We didn't really use the back deck much. If you need more than 6 places to sleep I suggest bringing an air mattress for the other part of the bedroom off the main bedroom. There are 2 restrooms one upstairs and one...

"We came in to town for a wedding. The place was extremely clean and the quality of the space was better than the listing pictures. It was near a good variety of restaurants and things to do. The only down side was that downtown Lafayette can be loud at night. If you plan on going to bed early this may not be the spot for you. If you enjoy being close to night life, this is the perfect stay for you!"

"Enjoyed the inside and outdoor atmosphere so much. We had a fire in the fire pit while we played music at night. Cabin was so close to Avery Island and Jefferson Island, the places we wanted to visit. Weather was perfect the entire time we were there. Explored small towns around us and went into New Iberia as well. One suggestion would be to have recliners or ottomans for us seniors! Loved it overall!"
