Bad Experience…
It used to be one of my favourite hotels for business trip to Bristol but this time the experience has been extremely bad… almost 50 minutes waiting for the food at the restaurant during dinners , every single day …. The worst part was the housekeeping service … not done at all during the whole stay ...

Great hotel, comfortable, good amenities, nice to have the diner next door for food (although the waiting staff are very slow). Would definitely stay again.
