"One of the best cottages in the Rustico/ Cavendish area! The two bedrooms are perfect for a family and the cottage is spacious with beautiful views. Nice that there's a playground and beautiful path to the water and an outdoor pool and hot tub. Cottage #1 is closest to the road and does get traffic noise but think the higher number cottages are probably very quiet. "

"This property and our Super Host Pam made our stay in Prince Edward Island a 10 plus experience. We highly recommend this property in any season. This home has everything you will need for a very comfortable stay as well as laundry at your finger tips . We cannot say enough wonderful things about Pam and Mark . "The cottage was nice and clean. It was in the perfect location for our day trips, and very close to North Rustico. I gave 2 star for listing accuracy, as we thought was on a beach spot and could kayak right from the cottage. This was not the case. There is no direct access to the bay, a staircase to the waterfront is quite ways away. This was a big seeking point to booking this cottage and was a disappointment. Could use some extras, such as grab bar for shower, or games/puzzles. Washer and...

"We loved our stay at Cordial house. The house has a lot of charm. I appreciate that they had ample amounts of towels, soap and toilet paper for our week stay. This was a legit cabin so creaky floors and old time looking decorations. The view alone would give us reason to book here again. Our kids loved being in the yard and watching the sunset. Checking in and out was a simple process. "

The only recommendation would be a Keurig machine and some pods in the morning for late arrivals (we did get coffee the next day). "

"Overall, a lovely century home with older features we would have expected. It definitely suited our purposes for twelve people. However, we left a list of items that would have been helpful as well as safety and fire concerns. Our biggest disappointment was we were assured of a bed on the main floor for our 90 year old mother to stay with us. A mattress taken off a bunk bed and left on the living room floor was not what we expected."
