"First of all, finding the house entrance wasn't easy. Parking outside is a real headache because you have to park horizontally to avoid blocking the street. Second, the living room rug was dirty, with bits of toast on it, and the coffee table was filthy. The sofa was awful, with terrible stains that made you not want to sit on it. Third, the tiny kitchen barely had the bare essentials and didn't even have a blender. Fourth, the patio furniture was filthy and covered in cobwebs."

"Great location. Neighborhood was in a quiet neighborhood Ava very relaxing. A lot of space, but not the best use of space in some areas. Most of the entertainment was outside and in So Cal, it is cool. No heaters available, so not convenient. Several amenities didn’t work during our stay, but they were generally responsive."
