"Check in was simple. The home was extremely inviting and well appointed. Wonderfully peaceful. The only complaint we would have is that the BBQ was filthy and the heating elements were falling apart. It obviously hadn't been cleaned under the hot plates for a significant period of time. The only other problem we had was that in the bedroom next to the master, the hanging rail fell down as it didn't have all the screws required to keep it in place. "Poor check in process, very unclear and multiple emails. No toilet paper, bbq was dirty (drip tray) and no one returned call when I left a message. Need to replace pool table cues as only one is operational the others are broken. "
