"We have stayed at Charming Beaver several times and it never disappoints. It has everything we need and always enjoy breathtaking views, hot tub and great porch just sit and relax. The only recommendation I would have is to try and get rid of the large spiders on the side outside of screened in porch. The web was huge along with several f the spiders. We will be back next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"I wanted to take my daughters away for a mountain get away for a girls trip and came upon Alice’s Queen Cottage and couldn’t believe such a unique place existed! It was perfect for my daughters and I and absolutely adorable! The attention to detail is spectacular and the decor is stunning! My daughters loved to see the animals and enjoyed feeding them and painting rocks. The host was amazing and my daughters said it was better than Disney World 🤣 we will definitely be returning to stay...

"Will is a wonderful host. He is very welcoming and responsive. We were there due to a family emergency, and he was so helpful and accommodating. The house is a perfectly appointed cottage with everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is also very clean. The setting is beautiful with the creek in the back yard and a lovely outdoor area with a deck, fire pit, chairs and hanging lanterns.
