The Space:

Our spacious 2 BD/2 BA condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families and small groups. Both bedrooms feature comfortable beds and room-darkening shades for a great night's sleep after a full day of Branson adventures. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals—stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, so you can pack light and keep everyone fresh. Step outside to your oversized deck with peaceful Ozark hill views, then cool off in one of two community pools or fire up the BBQ grill at the pavilion. Free Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and keyless entry makes check-in a breeze at 4:00 PM. We're family-friendly and welcome guests of all ages, from infants to grandparents. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, giving you one last morning to soak in those beautiful wooded views.

You'll have the entire condo all to yourselves—both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen, living area, and your private deck with wooded views. Beyond your unit, enjoy full access to all Notch Estates amenities: two swimming pools, a 5-acre private fishing lake, hiking trails, children's play area, horseshoe pit, basketball court, and pavilion with BBQ grills. The location is unbeatable—just 1 miles from Silver Dollar City (you can actually hear the rides from the property!), 20 minutes to Table Rock Lake's beaches and boat ramps, and 15 minutes from the Branson Strip's world-famous theaters and entertainment. The area offers the best of both worlds: a quiet retreat surrounded by woods and wildlife, with quick access to Branson's top attractions, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor adventures. Nearby you'll find Talking Rocks Cavern, Big Cedar Lodge, Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, and championship golf courses. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, this location puts you right in the heart of it all.



Getting Around:

Silver Dollar City is practically your neighbor, just a mile away, so it's about 3 minutes once you head left out to the main road. Hold the left lane as you near the park, and the same route carries on to Table Rock Lake and the Branson shows, roughly 15 to 20 minutes from the condo. Need supplies? Head right instead, and Walmart, a grocery store, Walgreens, gas and quick bites are all under 5 minutes away.



Parking is free right outside your door, and boat spots go first come, first served. The condo sits within a 200-acre resort community with shared pools and wooded hiking trails, and a stocked fishing lake is a short walk down the path.

A few helpful tips to make your stay even better: The trail down to our private fishing lake is a bit rocky and steep—wear good shoes and take your time (it's worth it!). If you're visiting during Silver Dollar City season, you might hear the happy sounds of roller coasters in the distance—we think it adds to the excitement! Spring and summer bring out the wildlife, so keep your eyes open for deer, turkeys, and all sorts of birds. We keep the condo stocked with essentials like coffee, soap, and basic supplies to get you started. Cell service is generally good, but if you're looking to truly unplug, the wooded setting is perfect for that.
