    The Space:

In this luxurious 2-bedroom condo, the rest and relaxation you’ve been looking forward to comes in abundance, your own private oasis for spending memorable moments with family and friends.



    As the name suggests, you’ll be located within the desirable StoneBridge Resort where you’ll be able to enjoy plentiful onsite amenities that are a delight for travelers of any age. Seasonal swimming pools will help you cool down in the warmer months, a refreshing break after a competitive game on the basketball or tennis courts. A catch-and-release pond is the perfect way to spend a leisurely afternoon by the water, soaking up the sun as you test out your fishing skills. Just a few short miles from thrilling Silver Dollar City and impressive Table Rock Lake, you’ll also be conveniently close to some of the best attractions Branson has to offer. Of course, you won’t want to miss out on a visit to downtown where you can fully immerse yourself in the culture of this truly one-of-a-kind destination.



    The home’s sophisticated interior envelops you in comfort from the moment you step through the front door, allowing yourself to settle in as you explore the bright, open spaces. The living room offers vaulted ceilings that sit atop contemporary furnishings and elevated décor, the perfect spot for curling up on plush sofa seating and flipping through the channels on the large, mounted TV. You’ll find access to the spacious, shaded balcony from here, an ideal place for your morning coffee, an evening cocktail, or even a meal or two al fresco. Back inside, make your way to the fully equipped kitchen offering full-sized appliances and ample countertop and cabinet space for meal preparation and storage. The chic dining table can seat 4 for formal meals while 3 stools at the counter invite you to enjoy quick and casual bites.



    This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



    Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



    Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, a TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.



    The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.



    THINGS TO NOTE:

    - Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

    • Washer and dryer in home.

    • Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

    - On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

    • Community pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

    • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

    • This unit is a 3rd-floor walk-up with 16 steps required.

    • The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

    • Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.



    The exclusive gated-community of StoneBridge Village offers many on-site amenities for you to enjoy including the LedgeStone 18-hole, par 71, championship golf course, the LedgeStone Club House and adjoining LedgeStone Grille for your dining enjoyment, a gym, two inviting pools for a relaxing day of sun and fun, adventurous walking trails and playgrounds for the little ones. The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.



    HOUSE RULES:

    • Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.

    • A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your date checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.

    • This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.

    • Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.

    • Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.

    • Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.

    • Do not move or rearrange the furniture.

    • Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

    • Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed.

    • Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The place was very clean and the host was great to work with! The location was perfect for us and all that we wanted to do in Branson. If we ever go to Branson again we would DEFINITELY look for this place again! If it weren't available then I'd look for more Grand Welcome Branson VRBOs!
