Cozy little place to stay. Right around the corner from Silver Dollar City. Easy to get to other areas of Branson.

Family Vacation

Great getaway. The only thing i would want people to know stairs are wicked for us 60 year olds but i would stay again but one that has fewer stairs. Nice place.

Nice quiet condo, great location

Notch estates is quiet, very nice condo's that are close to everything we wanted to see and do while there. Would rent again if available when we visit.

Nice condo!

We stayed for 3 days and this condo was just as described. We prefer to stay at Notch Estates because it's close to SDC. The condo was clean and the bed were comfortable.

Perfect mini vaca getaway

Loved stayed in the condo. We stayed 4 nights and loved it. Super comfortable and very clean. There are a few flights of stairs to get to the unit that are slightly steep, but manageable. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was very beautiful and nice. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing i would have to add is the confusion with deliverys and yourself on finding unit 1. Its the second building at the very bottom. I would also add if anyone has trouble with stairs i would pick another unit. You will be going down a few sets so have good knees and pack light. Also, in the master bedroom there is a closet behind the door and thats where you will find the extra pillows and things. I didnt see it at first bc of the other door. Other than that; i would most definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again.

We loved the property. Beautifully decorated. The shower door in the second would not stay closed and the stairs were a killer but otherwise we loved it.

Terrific and very covenient property

A very nice two bedroom with updates throughout. All the conveniences you'd want including washer/dryer, wifi, and a great deck for relaxing and overlooking a beautiful nature area.  The walking trails and fishing lake are a very close walk from your front door. Just around the corner from Silver Dollar City and close to Branson West for all your grocery and other general needs during your stay.

Adorably updated condo less than 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City made it very easy to go to the park in the cooler morning hours, return to rest at the condo during the heat of the day, then head back to the park for the evening hours without spending valuable time commuting!

Beautiful property

Beautiful property and scenery. Way better than a hotel! Only downside was the faint smell of cigarette smoke on entering the condo. May have been another unit filtering in but the smell was there.

Comfortable and nicely appointed

Visited Silver Dollar City just minutes away. Also drove about 15 minutes into Branson proper. We much prefer being away from Branson and closer to SDC and Table Rock lake. This is a very nicely done condo. Highly recommend

Great Condo!

Very clean, comfortable, well stocked. Great location for silver dollar city, short drive. The pull out bed in the living room was not very comfortable but fine for one teenager. Our neighbors were very quiet. The small hiking trail was fun and the pools were never crowded. We would stay there again!

Wonderful condo!

This is the absolute nicest unit in the Notch condominiums that I have stayed in. Really tastefully remodeled. Highly recommend this place. The only downfall was the stairs but can’t be helped.

Gorgeous unit!

This unit is beautifully remodeled! The beds are very comfortable, and the linens are high quality. Well-stocked with paper goods, shower necessities, and kitchen supplies. It was very quiet—we’ve stayed in some units where you could hear footsteps and voices in the surrounding units, but this one was very quiet. Location is convenient to SDC, as well as restaurants in Branson West. For the price, this is a great stay! We’ll definitely be back.

Lots of stairs GREAT view

Very quiet neighborhood, safe and lots of parking. Comfortable with plenty of seating. The deck view is amazing, looking out into a wooded area. With luggage the stairs were a lot! One entrance was 3 flights the other a long 2 flight. The fireplace made it extra cozy. For being Branson, it was easy to navigate and away from all the noise.

We did have a little difficulty finding the correct unit because we arrived after dark and there are several units. Condo was 3 sets of stairs down, so be prepared to haul your luggage. The condo was nice and had all essentials expected. Only drawback for us was attention to detail in the cleaning. The condo was not dirty, but for sure hadn't been thoroughly cleaned or dusted in a while. Very close to our activities while in town, We would defiantly stay again!

Cozy and short distance to Sliver dollar city

Very nice condo. Great distance to sliver dollar city. The only down side was the smoke smell, which I know they were aware of and tried everything to combat it. Only other thing I wish they had were better pots and pans. They only had one pan and there was no dish soap. But other than that a very cozy condo!
