Our stay was wonderful. Ashley was able to take care of any issues that we had. Our small dogs were able to stay with us and that was great. We love that all of the bedrooms have a bathroom and everything is on one level!

The place was accommodating for our family but it needs a deep cleaning. The sheets, blankets, couch and chairs had stains on them. Also the ceiling fans and vents need cleaning. We didn’t see any bugs but the dust, dirt on floors and stains were not welcoming to us. If this place was deep cleaned we would probably stay again. The house overall was big and spacious and the bathrooms in each room was nice!

The pictures and write up fit the Villa to a "T." Everything was as advertised. INCREDIBLE location that allows quick access to Hwy 65 and shopping. Workout room at the clubhouse left a bit to be desired (NO fault of the host, of course) 5 STARS!

The deck very badly needed to be powerwashed, the construction noise woke us up every day and was not included in the description as a possibility even though it was clearly an ongoing project. The interior was clean and the location was convenient.

We had a great stay! The villa is clean and very comfortable. We absolutely loved it! There is plenty of room for enjoying time with family. There are nice areas for walking dogs. The host is very friendly and there is good communication. We really enjoyed our stay!

My friends and I had a great stay. Love the house and it’s in a really good location; close to most everything but far enough away from the busyness of Branson to where it’s quiet and restful. We had everything we needed and the home is clean and very well maintained. The host communicated well. It was our 2nd visit here and would absolutely go back.

We 4 couples really enjoyed our stay. Each bedroom had its own large bathroom. The ladies enjoyed relaxing on the back porch (and shopping) while the men golfed. Branson Hills was a favorite for golf. We could get most anywhere in 15-20 minutes so we liked the location. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The living room was roomy. Everything was clean except the tile floors need a good scrubbing.

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Plenty of room for 8 adults. Each couple had their own en-suite with comfortable beds and walk in showers! The house is very well equipped with plenty of cooking/baking pans and utensils. Sitting on the large deck was so relaxing-whether it was the back of the house or the smaller deck on the front. We will definitely stay here again on any return trips to the area! We couldn’t ask for a better host. Extremely fast in her responses to any questions we had. Thank you Ashley!!!

Perfect family

Perfect in that the 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms are located away from the middle of the house for quiet rest. The central area with spacious open, well appointed kitchen, large dining table and comfortable living room are perfect for a group.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! It is beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location! We enjoyed relaxing on the large open back deck, playing foosball inside, and walking to the clubhouse. The villa is very clean, the 4 en suites ideal, and the kitchen, living, and dining areas spacious and inviting. Ashley is very welcoming and prompt in her replies and communications.
