Guest Access: This listing is for an entire condominium in a building with seven other condos. Private outside entrance. This condo is on the fourth floor and has elevator access. One designated parking spot in front of the building; additional vehicles use unmarked spots in same lot.
The Neighborhood: Indian Point is approximately 7 miles from the Branson Strip and is the home of Silver Dollar City, 3 marinas, 1 Corps of Engineers campground, a zipline and many other activities. It is far enough away from Branson that you can enjoy the tranquility of the Ozark mountains but still be close enough to enjoy the shows and restaurants and other activities in Branson.
Getting Around: IF YOU ARE USING YOUR GPS: Please make sure it says Songbird CIRCLE. If it does not say CIRCLE, you may end up somewhere else. If there is a choice that says Reeds Spring, MO instead of Branson, MO -- that is OK to use.
DIRECTIONS FROM HARRISON, ARKANSAS and points south: Come North on US-65 to Branson. Exit at MO-76 West (formerly MO-465), the Ozark Mountain High Road; turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp. Take MO-76 West until the freeway ends, about 8 miles. Turn left at the light to continue West on MO-76. Follow signs for Silver Dollar City/Indian Point Road. Turn left onto Indian Point Road. Stay in the left lane; follow signs for Indian Point. Turn right onto Crow’s Nest Trail. Turn right onto Songbird Circle.

Location is perfection! Literally 3 minutes from SDC! The condo was spacious, had everything we needed for our stay and was so cute and clean! The high chair and pull out daybed was a lifesaver!!! Check in and out was great and the area was nice, clean and felt safe. Definitely will look into staying here again next trip!

Great place to stay
This is a great condo, minutes from Silver Dollar City, and not too far from all the other fun things to do in Branson, but far enough for a quiet getaway! The condo was clean and came equipped with everything we needed for a weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo!
This condo was the cleanest we've stayed in. We have stayed places before that were called clean but had dust bunnies and hair on the floors. Not so here...the floors were clean, no dust bunnies or hair in sight! Even the outdoor seating was clean, despite the pollen filled time of year. The top floor condo had a spacious kitchen and some great additions. We appreciated the game shelf as a way to wind down the night with our family. Abundant towels, pillows and complimentary soaps, snacks and basic toiletries were also appreciated. The indoor pool and splash pad were fun for the kids. We had a minor issue with the water heater in the condo and the staff were very prompt in fixing it and so kind. We would absolutely stay in this condo or another owned by the same company in the future.

Beautiful, Clean, and Convenient
We loved our stay. Kids were huge fans of the indoor pool, and we loved the convenient location to SDC. The condo was beautiful, clean, and very generously stocked for cooking.
Our family is large (five kids) so the sleeping arrangements were a little tricky with only two bedrooms. But trundle bed in the living room was cozy, and one kid slept on the couch. (The condo was decorated beautifully for Christmas but it didn't leave quite enough room for using the pull-out couch/bed.) There was plenty of extra blankets and pillows, and I was impressed with the quality of the bedding/towels. Nothing cheap and scratchy here.
Overall, it's a gorgeous place and great value for the money. Thanks so much!

Overall, this was a great place for a weekend family trip. We enjoyed a peaceful stay with beautiful views, and the property was conveniently located. While it offered good value for a larger group, a few operational issues, like parking and checkout chores, could be improved.What We LikedLocation: The property is in a quiet area, away from the busy Branson strip, which made for peaceful nights. It was still a short drive to essential shops and restaurants.Views: The view of the lake and mountains from the unit was fantastic.Cleanliness: The accommodation was clean and well-maintained.Communication: The management team was responsive and easy to communicate with.Value: This is a budget-friendly option for a family or larger group.Areas for ImprovementParking: The parking rules need better enforcement. Our designated spot was occupied for two consecutive nights by vehicles without the required parking sticker. Adding clear signage about towing for unauthorized vehicles would be helpful.Checkout Chores: We were asked to run the laundry and dishwasher before leaving. Since a cleaning fee is included, we expected these tasks to be covered by the service.

Branson Vacation
Very nice property that looks exactly like the pictures listed. We loved the outside deck with the lake view. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Nice outdoor pool with splash pad and loved the indoor pool too! Took us about 3 minutes to get to Silver Dollar City.
