  • Stay in our renovated 1936 cottage 3 blocks from downtown or 6 blocks from the Branson Landing. The free trolley is two blocks away. Take a walk and catch the water/fire show in the evening hourly. The home is 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City, the strip, all the shows or the lake. The home is a clean and a comfortable place to relax after being out. There is a full kitchen, tv's in the living room and bedrooms. The patio table/ chairs to have dinner at on a cool evening.
    Home sleeps 5 guests but only 4 are permitted by city code.
    Veteran owned home.

The house was very well maintained.We had plenty of dishes, towels and a box of games. It was a perfect place to stay for our weekend in Branson.

We enjoyed our stay at The Bear Den. Very clean, quiet, and cozy. The space worked well for our family of 4. The kids would say the best part of The Bear Den was the fresh baked chocolate chips cookies! This place will definitely be on our list of places to stay when we visit Branson again.

This property is perfect in every way. VERY clean. All the details are attended to. Great space for 4 people. Close to downtown/ Branson Landing. The homemade cookies made it feel so homey. We loved our weekend away.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bear Den! It’s small but has everything you need and is very clean. It is an older house so the floors creak and the doors squeak but it was great for our family of four.The only thing I will say is DO NOT USE THE DRIVEWAY unless you have a truck or jeep-type vehicle. Our mini van bottomed out and got really scraped up. :( But since you can park on the street, it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Overall, it was a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Really practical location. Like being close to the historic area as well as Branson Landings. House was cozy and fit our needs perfectly. My daughter loved the bunk beds. Will definitely stay there again

Perfect House and Location

This house was perfect for our quick pre-Christmas family getaway. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect and close to all the places we went. If we visit Branson again, we will definitely want to stay here again.

The location and accommodations were just what we needed. The house was clean and location was quiet and convenient to the Landing. Would recommend to others.

GREAT location! House was cozy and clean, with everything needed! Just as advertised. Welcomed with a fresh plate of cookies and nice note from the host. Host was super easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

Very clean. Really liked how we were really close to everything that we wanted todo. Enjoyed the cookies that were left as a welcoming gift. I would definitely stay there again if we ever decide to go back to Branson

David was wonderful to be hosted by!! The fresh baked cookies were AMAZING!! Everything was clean and straightforward and had a great selection of things to work with!! 10/10 recommend!

House was perfect! Cute, clean, amazingly quiet neighborhood and close to town. Decor was perfect for the theme and was very comfortable. I would definitely book it again!

Great home, perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and had everything we needed. Veey close to everyrhing in Branson and not a long drive to Springfield. Quiet neighborhood and nice having a driveway instead of street parking. Great cookies were an added bonus!

The Bear Den was the perfect place for my mom and I on our visit to Branson. Very quiet neighborhood, loved sharing coffee time on the front porch & evenings in front of the fireplace. Home is very clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you need for your home away from home. The beds are so comfortable! Conveniently located to many of the local attractions.David, our host, was wonderful to work with and I plan on returning to The Bear Den in the future.

We had a wonderful time in Branson and staying at the Bear Den was a big part of that. The house was cute and clean. It is located in a quiet area. It was easy to travel to major attractions from the location. The host David was awesome. He was quick to respond to our questions. He made us feel at home. The cookies waiting on the table when we arrived was a nice touch. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We just didn't cook at home.
