Karen's property was absolutely clean and everything was in working order. I would return with an adult only group, but not with children at no fault of Karen. Rock Lane appeared to be kid friendly however we were told our children could not enter into any locations except the childrens pool. So the live music? Nope. The Tiki Bar? Nope. The zero entry pool? Nope. If we had known that we would have booked elsewhere. I highly recommend the host and her condo, for an adult group. Thanks for a beautiful home for our trip.

We had a wonderful time with our family at this location. Everything was neat and clean. We grilled most evenings with the grills found between the buildings. The view of the lake from the condo was lovely and yet had shaded areas to sit and visit. The kitchen was well supplied with things we needed. We brought our own grilling utensils, so am not sure if there were any in the cabinets. The washer/dryer unit was a small. but there are 2, which made it easy to keep up with towels and clean clothing. There were plenty of linens for our whole party. Checking in and out was easy. Karen got back to us about staying an extra day quickly and was very easy to work with. We would stay here again, if we have the chance. Great place to stay!

Nice area

Location was perfect. A few issues with cleanliness of condo left feed back with owners. The condo could really use a larger washer and dryer.

Great stay near the lake and SDC

This location is super convenient for access to the lake and SSC. It was very clean and comfortable. It’s hard to find a place that is reasonably priced to fit a family of 7 and not be on top of each other. This condo fit the bill!

Loved this place

We had a great stay here. The resort is nice and walkable. We loved the tiki bar - great food and drinks, very convenient. The boat slips were very nice and convenient and good service at the marina. The location on the lake is great too. The room was well laid out for our family. Overall we had a great stay and hope to be back!

Lake stay

The condo was as described and we enjoyed our time there. It did seem the the cleaning prior to our stay was rushed (found clothing tags from previous visitors on the dresser) and floors were a tad dirty but over all we enjoyed our time there. Spoke with Karen when we got there about a missing remote and she was very prompt in getting us a new one. Would stay here again.

Very nice property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The inside was very clean and mostly updated. There were two washer/dryer units, which made it easy to stay on top of our laundry while we were there. The only complaint would be that we could hear the people in the unit above us. Lots of feet running back and forth at all hours of the night and VERY early mornings.

Great summer getaway

Loved the area and location off of the lake. Very spacious!. No TV unless you bring all of your own streaming things. But 3 TV's. Fireplace there, non working. Jacuzzi bathtub dirty when we arrived. (Did not use). People hair and dirt in it. Wallpaper pealing. I have stayed at better, but owner just bought the two buildings a few months ago and has work to do for sure. I thought she was very nice and stayed in building. Ok price for location, but still a lot for what it was. Location private, 5 minutes from silver dollar city and the lake a handful of steps from your back door. Live music and restaurant, lake, Marina, teaki bar, pool etc were wonderful and just a short walk to any of it. Nights peaceful to sit on back porch with lake view and nature sounds all around you during the night. Loved it, just needs a little more work. Would use it again once updates are done. Deb

Girls Trip

It was very easy to deal with the owner Karen, she was very informative and easy to work with, she had recently acquired the property and said it will be remodeled in the off season. But it is plenty spacious for family and friends check it out it won’t disappoint.
