Room was in excellent shape. Everything we needed was available. Bed was wonderful. Only negative thing was a slight musty smell when first entering. Probably due to being partially below ground and maybe not used in a while. Thanks for the stay. Will likely return next year to Pointe Royale.

Very nice condo except for bed linens. Very poor quality and not clean. Management offered to replace but I washed and dried as the codo has a nice laundry room with good washer and dryer Housekeeping dropped the ball. Nice kitchen and adequate living room with dining table. Good location. Good view from balcony of large pond.

The condo was clean with a nice view of #17. The bed was quite comfortable. The manager was quick to respond to questions and fixed 2 minor issues quickly as well.

Correspondence with the host was quick to receive a response. Upon checking in we noticed that the property was not up to our cleanliness standards. The bathroom did not appear to be cleaned, the water in the shower didn’t drain and backed up to our ankles, and there was a strong mildew/moisture smell throughout the place. The dryer was supposed to be worked on before we checked in, so we assume it was fixed. When we went to use it, it still hadn’t been fixed. Reading a prior review from September, it was STILL broke back then. I expressed all these concerns to the property owner and hopefully they get fixed. In conclusion, we ended up cutting our stay short here and relocated properties …. do with that what you will.

This was in a gated community, with golf course and other very nice houses. Unfortunately, this place did NOT rate the perfect rating it was given by others. Possibly, because the “less than 5 stars” are NOT published. This could be a 5 star as it was updated, but it was NOT cleaned well. Very dirty floors. A bathtub that did not drain well, so feet in 2-3” shower water while showering. A plastic shower curtain very less than desirable. Supposedly, the dryer had just broken, but we suspect it had been broken for a while. The towels were in very short supply with the problem of a broken dryer, making it necessary to find a laundromat. The entire small patio was filthy. Just a power wash could correct this. Plus a little porch stain/paint would go a long way. Who cleans these places? Evidently, the owner doesn’t and doesn’t care. A very odd smell throughout the entire condo. It has nice floors, if only they were cleaned. Why keep a filthy bathmat in the bathroom. This is our 2nd time with VRBO and also noticed the overall dirty condition with the first one. Had I known of the opportunity to publish photos, I would have taken a few, but I suspect this not get published anyway. As a side note, the managers offered NO solution to the broken dryer, such as more towels, a small refund, etc.

This property was perfect for our small golf anniversary get-a-way. I wish we had more time to use the resort features, but we were exhausted from the golfing. The back patio offered a nice view of hole 17 and the lake.

We absolutely loved our stay. The owner was very responsive and fixed minor things very quickly. (Coffee pot broke the first morning and was replaced within 20-30 minutes.) Finding the specific unit was a little challenging. The building number is marked clearly, but the unit numbers are only on the doors so had to walk the stairs over and over to find the right unit since there was no external markings. Unit was very clean, homey, and inviting. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The kitchen was well stocked and ready to use. Thanks for a great stay and the complementary tickets to a show!

We are a family of 6. This place was perfect for us! We even had groceries delivered here without a problem!! Over all the place was very clean, great location and the kids enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool that we had access to. We will definitely come back!
