The condo was comfortable and decorated nicely. However it needed a deep cleaning, especially in the bathrooms; a bathroom towel rack had been broken but not replaced; there is an ant problem in the bathroom; vinyl plank flooring was cracked in some places which left sharp edges. I appreciate the host helping us promptly when I couldn't figure out how to get into the condo upon arrival.

Great location - beautiful place

I loved that this condo was away from the craziness of the strip and so quiet! Nice view of the golf course out the back too. The place is beautiful and clean and has everything you need. Great experience.

Great location for staying with our grandkids. Right across the parking lot from the pool, near the fishing pond etc. Great stay, would chose this unit again.

Wonderful stay!

Brian was wonderful to work with and is very communicative and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. His condo is adorable, clean and in a great location on the resort grounds, with a peaceful view of the golf course and close to the Rec center and an outdoor pool! Great owner communication

This is a 2 sided review. The owner of this condo was great to communicate with, responded to any questions quickly, and allowed me access to the unit an hour early to accommodate us. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because of the condition of the property as a whole. (This can no way be fixed by the owner of the condo). Trash was piled up and overflowing at both dumpsters near the unit, the entry ways were full of bugs and needed power washing, the pool was not clean, and the entry gates were left open the entirety of our stay. Also, it was super confusing to figure out if we were part of Holiday Inn Club vacations and could use their amenities or not. I know you can’t use the indoor pool but the property listed 3-4 outdoor pools and we could only find the one across from the unit and 1 down the road on the other side of the golf course which is clearly part of Holiday Inn (the unit says Holiday Hills). Apart from the actual property issues, the condo itself was convenient and easy to find.

Perfect!

My family stayed for just shy of a week. The property was better than listed (and the listing was great). Our four kids range in ages 2 through 11 and there was no lack of space for everyone to hang out, play, eat or sleep. They loved walking around the ponds directly behind the unit and looking for turtles, fish and ducks. There is an outdoor pool directly in front of the unit which looked great (a bit too cold to enjoy just yet). The clubhouse has a gym which I loved, arcade games, a cafe and smaller sitting area, a crafting corner (some of the activities were an additional cost but they had quite a few free ones), a movie theatre where we were able to select our movie, playground, outdoor chess/checkers, fishing. The staff were all kind and seemed to really enjoy guest interaction! Truly a beautiful property that is incredibly well kept. We appreciated the communication with our host, there was a nasty storm the day we were planning to leave that spanned our entire route home; he quickly responded and we were able to stay an additional night; such a relief. The guidebook that was provided was amazing, I had all of my questions answered before we even checked in. Our kids asked repeatedly if we could move into the condo, so I’d say this listing comes with the highest rating possible!

We had a really good time at the Condo. It was a great base for us to explore the Branson area. Communication with the owner was great. The condo was updated and very nice. My mom who’s approaching 80 had a difficult time on the very low toilets, but we knew about those from other reviews. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

The condo exceeded my expectations. Was better looking in person than the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the six of us. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for cooking. Located right across from one of the pools and the golf course was in our backyard. Also, very convenient to all of Bransons activities. We will most definitely like to rent again in the future.
