The location and apartment was very nice. Highly recommend. Giving 4 stars only because our stay was during Christmas and some holiday decor would have added to the experience.

Property was in an excellent location in close proximity to Silver Dollar City which was the primary focus of our trip. The property was clean (in the areas you could see-more on this later) and spacious. Our family of 9 was very comfortable. An extra bathroom would have been nice since it was 3 families but next time that’s what I will book. We did have an issue with the remote for the main television. The batteries were dead and corroded inside the remote. I spoke with the property manager and since it was Thanksgiving Eve, she told me where to find fresh batteries and if that didn’t fix the issue to get a remote for another television and reprogram it. Check in and out was easy. In the instructions regarding your stay it says to only wash the white towels in the bleach provided and we didn’t have any bleach. I think that falls on housekeeping not the property manager. The condo was clean but needs a deep cleaning. Dust bunnies under the couch (noticed when retrieving kids toys).Wall sockets that were behind furniture didn’t have covers. I looked forward to a nice hot soak in the jacuzzi tub but the water was getting cold by the time it reached the level of the jets. The hot water heater needs to be bigger for larger families. Towel rack in guest bathroom kept falling off the wall. Kitchen was well equipped with the basics but they have extra items by request. Would stay here again if a 3 bed 3 bath was available.

5 day stay with family

Stayed with 13 people with plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, very clean, extra bedding and towels, easy check out and check in. Pools were clean and the lake was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Great location on Indian Point located close to great swimming areas and Branson. Great place.

Nice place

Clean, close to pool and lake. Good location. Enjoyed being just outside of town but still close enough to enjoy attraction. Great view from patio. Loved this unit did not have stairs to climb.

Lovely stay with friends and family

This is a nice condo less than a minute walk from Indian point marina. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, and we loved that we could bring our two small dogs. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because the listing showed we would have lake facing balcony. Instead we were given a condo on the first floor in a building away from the lake. When I contacted front desk I was told they were booked and couldn’t do anything but would call me back— never a callback. So… that wasn’t great. But we did love our stay and they were flexible with late check out

Nice clean condo

Enjoyed our stay. Nice open floor plan and appreciated the first floor walk in but second floor deck with little view of lake. Furnishings aren’t new but all well maintained and both minimal and warm. Walked to lake to fish a bit. Close to Indian Point Marina. Large zero entry pool so close was great for kids and easy to distance from other families.

Condo was great. Only negative is the condo doors are not very secure. We had housekeeping come in due to a time mix up on their part and they just came right in. It would be nice if they had a way to secure the condo while you are in it.

Classy condo for family gathering

Beautiful condo and area for summer family gathering. Easy access to Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake. The only issue we had was the listing said 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom and the condo only had two bathrooms. For 14 people, 8 adults, the third bathroom would have been more convenient. It would have been nice to be notified during the booking process that the listing was not accurate, we may have tried to find another rental with three bathrooms. Overall, pleased with the communication and attentiveness of the property management, cleanliness and overall facility.

Property was very nice and met our needs for a Christmas family gathering pretty well.

I would have given 5 stars except for: the 2 bunkbed frames were very noisy. Getting into and out of bed as well as any movement in the bed made the frame squeak loudly. Loud enough to wake a sleeper in the room if any of the 4 people in the room moved during the night. Further, a condo that sleeps 10 to 12 should have a dining table that seats more than 6.

Wonderful Condo, Great Location

We stayed here with another family (4 adults & 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was actually more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The kitchen was large enough for three adults to be cooking / talking in the kitchen during meal prep and not be in each others way. We loved that the management also had plenty of trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, soap, etc. There is plenty of space to walk your pets and for a family walk to the lake, docks or after dinner stroll. Being located only a mile from the Indian Point Marina, 5 minute drive from a grocery store and so close to other amenities made this an ideal location. Also, the staff was VERY helpful and responsive - both throughout the trip planning process answering questions and once we got there! The pool is literally a :20 second walk away, has a zero entry and lots of space both in the pool and on the deck. Wifi worked very well, patio was wonderful for morning coffee and evening conversation. And finally, the entry to the condo is right off the parking lot. No stairs! This made for easy unloading and loading. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful and calm

This condo is so nice! We’ve stayed in Branson A LOT. ( 3 times in 6 months) This condo was the best we’ve stayed in. I enjoyed the beautiful decor and space. We brought a young adults group with us of 18 people and it accommodates well. My only tip is to be aware that the grill is small. It’s a George Forman electric grill— would be perfect for a small fam. We would have planned differently if we were aware of that. Other than that, everything was awesome!
