Great condo with close proximity to the lake. The included boat slip was a huge part if booking this location. It made it easy to on an off the lake throughout our stay. The size was great for two families to share the space. The dock provided hours of entertainment with swimming and playing.

Fantastic Christmas Getaway!

This was our 17th annual Christmas trip to Branson and this was a perfect location with PLENTY of space for our growing family! The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it great for breakfast and snack time. They also had a high-chair available for our 1yr. old granddaughter. Beds were comfy and the condo was super clean. We had room to spread out to watch movies and play games. The location is PERFECT for anyone wanting to visit Silver Dollar City! With heavy Christmas traffic we made it there and parked in 10 minutes. The drive home was even quicker!! Getting to Tanger Outlet was super easy and quick too! Be sure and take the back way on Gretna! We took the Blue route to the Landing and easy peasy! This location is hands down the best! Another super perk was the parking in the back of the condo—NO STAIRS! We were VERY grateful for this! Lugging baby stuff and groceries is never fun. Our family is looking to book this again for next year!

Never Again

I will not stay at a RentBranson property again. We had a terrible experience and RentBranson's solution was to offer $80 refund on our bill of over $1,300. We had a group of 7 staying at this property. RentBranson - the property manager - knew that the hot water heater was broken. We arrived to no reserved parking for this unit, no running water, no hot water, a couple breakers turned off in the unit and exposed wiring at the hot water heater and a dishwasher full of dirty dishes from the previous tenant. We were without hot water for two of the three nights for a group of seven. The answering service acted as a go-between with someone we were never allowed to speak with about the issue. The service instructed us to turn the water back on which then caused water to pour out of the broken heater. Eventually, we had running cold water around 10:30p on night one. The plumber was supposed to arrive at 10a on day two, but did not. After calling the management service again, we were told that the plumber would not arrive until 3p. We returned to the unit around 7p on day two to no hot water. The unit had been replaced, but was not functional. We were told that maintenance was very busy with other properties. Again, the property management knew about this problem PRIOR to our arrival, yet we were not made a priority. Our third and final night, we did have hot water. Just in time to run the dishwasher for the next tenants. Otherwise, the unit was as described.

Beautiful Indian Point

Wonderfully maintained condo. Very close to SDC and other Indian Point attractions. Easy trip into Branson also. Communication from the booking agent was top notch!! A wonderful place to stay!!

Great Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Love having a slip available and access to the dock so close to our condo. The place was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. When we had any issues, the property management was prompt and very helpful. We would stay again!

Branson Adventure

We enjoyed the location. It was quiet and the lake is very nice. If you have a boat, the boat dock slip would be great! The accomodation was very clean and neat and had everything we needed. It was great to have the bunk beds and a TV in every bedroom. The master bathroom is huge and has a nice deep jetted tub and also a shower. A minor issue is that the shower head works, but it clearly needs to be replaced. Parking in the back has better access for carrying suitcases in without needing to use stairs. The back parking area is gravel and is a bit rought and bumpy though. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

Lake condo fun!

Very nice condo. Spacious kitchen and living area, bedrooms good size, especially master. Clean and well appointed for lake living. Was extremely pleased and would rent again without any mental reservations. Only advice and/or draw back is if you are towing a boat. Steep slope to condo....drop your boat/watercraft at boat ramp prior to going to condo. Well worth it if you are considering this property.

Family Fun

Our family of six adults and four children under five really enjoyed our stay at Rockwood Retreat. We were especially grateful for the close proximity to the boat slip that was included with this property. The large kitchen was great as we ate all of our meals in. The refrigerator was large and very clean and the ice maker worked well. The linens and towels were of very high quality which was appreciated. With four littles, having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. We also enjoyed a few hours in the pool each day. It was just the right size for the kids.The only thing that we would suggest is that the grill be replaced. We were counting on using it since it was included in the description of the property, but it was in pretty rough shape.

Wonderful stay

The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for 3 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of seating in the living and dining area for all of us. It was just as the photographs showed it to be. We enjoyed the setting right on the lake. The sunrise over the lake was a awesome bonus. We will definitely will be returning.
