This was a perfect rental for my family of 3. Close to everything in the Branson strip area. The rental was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for the weekend and then some! Nice and quiet area, too! We'll definitely be back!

Common views of the stay - place was super clean and quiet, tvs being on the same soothing music and lamps on for us since we came in late, easy access to everything in town, pool right across the parking lot, beautifully decorated. We all really loved it. You’ll be seeing us again!!!

Great location

Condo was just as advertised. Perfect location and close to everything. Easy check out rules. Reserved parking and private pool. You even have your own small balcony.you do have to go up some stairs to get to it. It’s on the yellow route so you can get to things quickly. We will be back.

Nice and clean

This is my second time staying in this condo/villa. It’s in a great location, it’s clean, and the area was very quiet and safe. I’m disappointed that there is no patio furniture. The dryer is old and takes a long time to dry. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend group of 5. We had plenty of room, felt safe, quiet neighborhood, and convenient to attractions. Communication was excellent, check-in/out was smooth & easy. We had no issues to contact the host about so I can't rate that. And most importantly to me, it was clean! The absolute ONLY negative was the comfort of the pull out sofa bed. Of course not expecting luxury on a pull out couch but oof. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area again.

Great Get-Away

This property was very clean and just what we were looking for on a get-away weekend. Two bedrooms and two baths were what attracted us to this rental. Both beds are king size and bedrooms are spacious as is the whole unit. Full size washer & dryer is another plus. This unit at The Greens was convenient to everything in Branson that we wanted to do. Most activities/shows are within 15-20 minutes, or less, depending on where we were headed and traffic, of course. Would definitely book again if in the Branson area!

Location, location, location

This property was great, we were off the main drag, but were in within minutes of all the attractions. Property is next to the yellow route. We loved it. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay in Branson

This was the nicest VERBO we have stayed in so far!! It was very clean, great space, had everything we needed, great location, included parking space and close to a couple restaurants. It was very toddler friendly and the communication with the property manager was awesome! The check out instructions were located in several places and easy to follow. We really enjoyed Branson and when we come back I would definitely stay here again! There are steps up to the condo just to be aware of.

Overall a nice stay. Property pool could use some updating as could the bathrooms. But they were fine and clean. 1/2 of the unit was updated the other 1/2 is waiting. My biggest negative was the thermostat would only go down to 68. If you are comfortable with that then this is the place. I personally feel if I am going to pay to rent then I should be able to turn the thermostat down to whatever I want. I did leave some clothes in the closet and the property mgr was kind enough to meet my niece who was still in the area to pick them up.

Very cozy!

We went for a little golf vacation. The room was very nice and clean. The pool was very nice and the perfect temperature. The hosts were very nice, check-in was easy! Highly recommend. We will definitely recommend and look forward to coming back.
