Photo on here isn’t exactly what the place looks like. Carpets were stained and dirty. Hairs were found in the bed and bathroom. Pillow cases and towels stained or not washed. Bathtubs were dirty and shower liner was all stained. Toilets were dirty. Probably the worst place I have stayed honestly. Not sure why there is such a high rating. As far as location it is great. The place we stayed just really needs some serious deep cleaning. Just a disappointment when you spend this much for a place to stay and it isn’t what you thought it was supposed to be.

Our stay was very nice. Accommodation was clean and quiet. Location was close to all the places we wanted to see and the shows we wanted to attend. I would recommend it to others.

Clean quiet comfortable and close

This condo is exactly what you need if you are just planning on sleeping at the condo and the rest of your day is going to be out and about in Branson. If I was going to change anything about the condo I would get rid Of the squeaky bunk bed lose the dresser and just put twin beds in that room. All kids sleep better in separate beds and the bunk really doesn’t save you any space.

My 3 siblings and I found this place very comfortable for our 3 night stay. It was clean with welcoming decor and everything we needed for the entire stay. The only thing we noticed that we didn't like is that the unit is not very soundproof.

4 day getaway

The set up was great and worked really well for our group. It was two couples and 3 kids. I do wish there were more seats at the dinner table or at least some folding chairs so more than 4 people could play games. My only complaint is that it could really use a good deep cleaning. A plug for the kitchen sink would be nice to conserve water when doing dishes. I would stay there again unless our brother and his family comes. In that case, I'd look for a bigger place to accommodate us through the same host.

Family vacation

We brought 6 of our teenagers for a short family vacation. There were plenty of items for our use. Dishes, pans, utensils and towels. The place was clean and in a quiet area.

Great Location

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a good location to SDC and activities. The only negative is the couches were very cheap and not comfortable. We sat on pillows and we are small people and don’t weigh much. The bunk bed squeaked and was too short for our 17 year old, 5’10” grandson. Smaller kids in the bunk beds might work better.

FANTASTIC Stay!

I would totally recommend this stay to anyone traveling in Branson. It was close to all the attractions and restaurants but far enough away that it had none of the noise or traffic. The beds were very comfortable! We had everything we needed and would stay there again! Very clean, comfortable and well stocked.

Just As Described

This condo was just as described, it was clean, spacious, close enough to the strip, yet far enough away. My only "complaints" aren't a reflection of the property, they're my personal preferences (showerheads could use an upgrade, washer could use a deep clean on the inside). The directions to the property given in the days leading up to the check-in proved difficult to understand. GPS took us across the street, and the directions in the email were contradictory. They seemed to be copied and pasted from somewhere instead of simply stating step-by-step instructions. We finally drove around for a few minutes until we found the building. This wasn't burdensome enough to remove a star from my rating, but they should be rewritten for clarity.

Great place!

We stayed here for a couple of days while traveling, and had no issues locating the unit, parking, or entering. It was very suitable for our family of 5 (which includes 3 teenagers). It is close to Silver Dollar City, and we also found restaurants, gas stations, and retail stores close enough. We had a pleasant short stay, and did not experience any issues.

Convenient and nice for Branson

Overall our stay was very good. Plenty of parking, access to the pool was nice. Inside the unit was nice and clean, well maintained. Even had coffee/filters for us and the laundry was very nice to have for the week. Was a comfortable size for 3 adults and 2 kids. Only criticism was the upkeep/cleanliness of the access hallway/stairs as it was pretty run down and a musty odor. The pool water was also not the cleanest, but it was wet and cool! When booking, I thought I was booking a unit close to the pool, but it ended up being at the other end of the complex. Again, it was an enjoyable experience and would stay there again.

Great place to stay and relax

Our group included 3 adults and 4 children, ages 8-42. The condo was large enough for everyone to spread out and have downtime when needed. The location was close enough to the main strip, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. This unit was close enough to walk to the pool, but not directly by the pool. Overall it was a great place to stay and we are already planning our next trip.

Fantastic location

We stayed here over Spring Break (3 adults, 3 kids) and the space was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked (except for a wine bottle opener which we bought and left there) and the beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the comforter on the king bed was very visibly dirty and so was the blanket on the queen bed, which was stained and smelled. We washed both and it wasn’t a huge deal, but if we were not able to have washed them I would have definitely rated it a 4 rather than 5. But the washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus and you simply can’t beat the location- a short drive to the Branson strip, Table Rock Lake and Silver Dollar City! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!
