Checked in and mother in law used the master bathroom. Water shot out from base of toilet all over the floor. I called and the lady would only ask me what I was doing in the unit at 3:42 and check in was not until 4. When I asked her if she even cared she said “That unit is not available for early check in”. She finally took my number and said someone would call. We soaked up the water with 3 towels and just used the other restroom for the entirety of the stay and never heard a word from anyone about taking care of the problem. I am asking for a 50% refund and never want to be involved with Vacasa again. Those people absolutely do not care!!!!

The description said no stairs but there were stairs. And the mattresses weren't the greatest. Lighting in the bedrooms were terrible. USB plugs on lamps didn't work and some of the electrical plugs were loose when trying to plug something in.

Family vacation

Condo was very nice and clean. It was close to pool and club house. The only problem is they need a new coffee pot. It took 3 hours for it to brew 12cups. Never made a full pot after that but still it took a good hour and a half to make 6 cups. Owners also need to know that the refrigerator is making a bad sound-it still keeps things cold. We did have a great time and would return again

Enjoyed the stay.

Excellent location, easy to find, high quality rental. Kitchen/living room divider island has unusable outlets identified by hanging notes. Location restaurant was excellent. Liturature says location has additional parking for boats and travel trailers but in reality it is not located on site.

Condo at Point Royale, Branson, MO

Property was clean, good location, condo was nicely furnished but we had a problem with adjusting the heat. A property manager set it for us, but we could not get it turned down when we left this morning.

Had problems with the combination door lock. Could not get into the condo.

The apartment was good except the lock did not work as it should. the thermostat for the A/C and heating was not working as it should .; WE could not turn the heat on. also there was not enough wash clothes in our bathroom.

Good Location!

The location was great and ground floor, no steps was good as we were traveling with elderly mom. The overall accomodations were just ok. Had problem with electric outlets and lights not working in the kitchen and provided kitchen utensils need to be updated to better quality. We reported this and maintenance did come to address this issue...found there was some faulty wiring that would needed to be repaired but not till after our stay. Suggestions.... All the knife's were very dull basically useless... definitely need to be replaced. A large pot 5qt would have been nice but not provided. The sofa sleeper mattress is terribly uncomfortable.

Great location, the condo was close to the clubhouse, pools, tennis/pickle ball courts, and there were two trash dumpsters within easy walking distance. The lone minus of the property was that two outlets in the kitchen didn’t work.

Pros- Clean, quiet, nice pool and golf course. Check-in was easy. Beds were very comfortable. Extra blankets. Fully stocked kitchen with all cooking/eating utensils. Cons- Floors were terribly dirty, not close to attractions (we loved this though). King bedroom was slightly hot if door is closed and ac not turned way down. All in all a wonderful stay. We would definitely book this unit again.

Amenities on Property were Nice, but the Unit was dirty in need of repair

Upon arriving to the unit, the air smelled odd and it was very warm in our rental. The oven was left on and the air filter was completely full and clogged. I replaced that with the approval of the management and one that was provided in the closet at the unit. There was stains stuff spilled inside the dishwasher, crusty brown stuff on the comforter in one of the bedrooms. The fridge had a drawer that didnt fit and was not even able to be opened. The screen on the porch was off track and we were not able to let the kids play outside like we planned, as we would have just let bugs in the unit. Which did happen and a provided fly swatter would have been useful. Varies lights were out and made it difficult to cook and see in the fridge, there were many outlets that didnt work and we had to charge our devices in the most random of places like the bathrooms. The plates, pans, silverware, and cook ware all had to be cleaned before we used them as they were all crusted with food. I sent a message to the property management team and was told someone would reach out to me, but this did not happen. I would not book with this management company again. But the property at Pointe Royale Gold Course was gorgeous and the amenities there were very nice.

Nice condo! Upstairs neighbors were kind of loud late at night and made it difficult for the kids to get to sleep but nothing we can’t handle! Was nice weather in December so walking to the pool was nice!

As Described.

We had a normal stay at this location. It is very close to the indoor pool and tennis court facility. The neighbors above were loud until about 11pm. Other than that, it was just as described. We had both kids with us and it had plenty of room.
