Check-in was very easy. Plenty of information was sent ahead of time and reminded even on the day of. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed along with soaps for the bathroom and pods for the washer. All the beds were comfortable and everyone slept soundly. Unfortunately, the unit was not very clean. One of the beds smelled like body odor. We ended up removing for the comforter and rewashing the sheets then using our own throw blankets. The floor was awful. It was very grimy like to the point leaving the bottom of your feet black. We are a no shoes in house family, so this was just not to the standard of clean we are used to. Other than the one bedding and the floor being gross the stay was fine and a great location for SDC and the strip.

Everything was nice and clean as shown on the website. We were pleases with our stay. Only thing we werent fond of was how paper thin the walls and atuff were. You can hear everything in the other condos. Also there wasnt cleaning supplies for counters or floors or anything. I know they come clean but would be nice to have something for spills and stuff. Other than that we loved it.

Great spot for a family

This is a great spot and we would definitely stay again. A couple notes for potential renters: When we first walked in (& each day when we returned “home”) there was a faint-to-slight odor of stale cigarette smoke in the condo. I suspect this was coming from people smoking outside, but it surprised me since the owners have a detailed & professional rental agreement and website. Not a deal breaker for us, but definitely important to know if you are hypersensitive or have asthma/allergies. Also worth mentioning: the beds were very comfortable but the pillows were not. They are quite flat and not fluff-able, they also seemed like an assortment of hand-me-down pillows or maybe they were pillows that had been left behind by previous renters. After the first night we grabbed all of the spares we could find in the closets and slept a little better. We’ll bring our own pillows and pillow cases next time.

Good place....

Met family and this area had some other condos available so we could stay close to each other. My only reason for not giving it five stars are that the mattresses are uncomfortable and the parking situation is not great at all. Just not enough spaces for the amount of condos that are there. Otherwise everything worked as advertised.

Wonderful stay made for a wonderful vacation

We loved our stay here! The seven of us (with 5 kids ages eight years down to newborn) fit so comfortably and never felt cramped. The location was so ideal for being near everything but outside of the heavily trafficked streets. If we had to be nitpicky, we were a little uncomfortable with how shaky the top bunk was (with the age of our kids), but we easily remedied the sleeping situation by moving the top bunk mattress to the floor which the kids loved anyway. Would definitely stay here again!

Great budget friendly family get-away

My wife, our kids and our friends with their children all stayed here and it was great! The condo is very close to both Table Rock lake as well as all of the attractions of Branson. The condo is very well decorated and maintained. The rooms are spacious and can accommodate a variety of ages. The pool, though smaller, was a great escape for our kids when we weren’t on the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, though I would recommend bringing extra utensils if you have a big group. Overall it is an ideal place to stay with family as well as friends! Like all places, one can be knit-picky about little things that weren’t perfect. There are some very very minor things like some interesting smells in the building, noisy neighbors, not enough parking spots in the parking lot (which they prepared us for) and the tv in the front room wasn’t connecting to the internet (we didn’t really watch tv this trip so it wasn’t a huge deal). But all around there wasn’t anything that wouldnt make this a 5-star stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay- Great Location and Amenities!

We absolutely recommend this property! We had a large group of 10 (6 kids, 4 adults) for 3 nights and it was perfect! Everything was super clean and we had everything we needed! We stayed three nights and used the kitchen a lot to cook meals, which saved us a lot of money to spend on the fun attractions that are all close by, especially Silver Dollar City! Five stars all the way!

Spacious family friendly condo.

We were extremely pleased with our accommodations. We had 4 adults and 3 kids ages 2-7 stay at this condo and never once felt cramped. The kids loved the games in the bunkroom closet, especially air hockey. It is perfectly located for those wanting to enjoy SDC as well as the strip. We would highly recommend this condo. We have absolutely no complaints!

Very responsive host and a great overall property

Kevin and Steffany responded immediately to any issues raised during our stay and we’re prompt to address them. Overall this is a great property with quick access to all Branson has to offer, so we enjoyed our stay.

Branson Stay

We stayed a week and we had a great time in Branson. The cottage was close enough to everything but far enough away as well. Kevin and Steffany were great hosts checking on us, communicating everything that needed to be done at check in, check out etc.
